Comment: Your package finally arrived! Love the little bees you made for me. Shows alot of love, patience & creativity...Thank you so much. Oh, also wanted to ask how you managed to get the aida fabric so stiff for the brooch.
Response: I use a product for stiffening fabric called Fray-check. It is designed to keep edges from fraying but I use it all over the piece. White glue or Mod Podge also works, but takes longer to dry. Then I glue on card stock or occasionally Fun Foam to further stiffen the project and also protect the stitching. Glad you liked my efforts!

I really enjoyed the hand-made cards, especially the snow-globe card with the ribbon (very cute!)... the brightly-colored flower stickers were fantastic too... and that candy? It was really strange!! Haha, was there real cactus in it? :) Thanks for sharing a little bit of Arizona with me ;) I haven't been there since I went to Lake Powell and the Grand Canyon when I was a kid.
