Some of the ingredients are totally foreign to me; you can get dinner rolls in a can? Bizarre! However, all the recipes sound good, I will substitute similar sounding ingredients and see how I go :)

My daughter was with me when I opened them and asked if she could take them to copy them - They looked great to her too. I love the way you mounted them - I may have to steal that idea and make me a book of recipes. Do you have a certain software you use to print the recipes? It was great the way you gave a little tib-bit about each recipe. I don't know where Twin Lakes lodge is unless it could be off Pinecroft Rd. I know there is a Twin Lakes Dr. over there. If so, we used to live not very far from there, but I didn't know there was a Bed and Breakfast around there. I have been to Smokey Bones - a different daughter took me there for my birthday this year and I agree - it is a great restaurant. I have not been to the other one. I too love trying new recipes. I have collected cookbooks for many many years. I have been married almost 44 years. judy
