Comment: I love the photos of your day, It's funny seeing places that I go to in pictures. Summerhill is such a lovely shop the staff are so friendly (I grew up going to the holiday club in the church just across the road - and now i'm a leader there). I think supermarkets are a little evil in the sense that they put little shops out of business but they do supply a wide range of products that you can't find in those smaller stores.
Comment: I love my name in inchies---I just can't stop looking at it (them). I like how you used all my favorite colors, the sparkly stars, the extra one with the butterfly, and how you attached them together with the ribbon. Thank you so much!
Response: Glad you liked them. Thanks for the heart
Comment: Thank you for the "Doorway to Space", Margot. Cute idea. But it seems to be missing the bead - the envelope did get a little torn in the mail so it may have fallen out. (My hubby says I use way too much tape on my envies - I buy it in bulk!!)
Response: Sorry about that Arabella, according to the one I made for myself there should have been 3 small beads on the ribbon across the top. Maybe I need to use more tape as you said.
Comment: Thank you for the ATC ... it is super cute and I'm so happy to see an example of someone using the security pattern on the inside of the envelope. It was great that you explained everything in your note. Thanks for the extra handmade ATC sleeves too!
Response: Glad you liked it. I'm amazed it got to you so quickly.
Comment: margot, thank you so much for the beautiful little house. i love it and it will be especially meanful to me at christmas time. thanks for doing such a good job and hope we get to swap again sometime.
Comment: Thank you sincerely for the ATC and the extras. I really liked your idea for this ATC, I never would of thought of using the letters. As one who likes to cut, I know it can be difficult to get the inside cuttings excactly how you want them. Thank you for the congrads too.
Comment: TY so much for the lovely ATC! Do you have a couple of flower punches? Love the use of the hearts! TY for the note, flower papers and for participating in the swap! Hope you had a great time! ;)
Comment: Hi Margot, Thanks for the great ATC!! I love it--I especially love the paper weaving. I have never tried it, but seeing yours I just have to try it. Thanks also for the extra goodies. I can certainly put them to good use. Again, thanks, Nancy (grannystamper)
Comment: Hi Margot,
This morning I got your weaving ATC card and love it.The Autumn colours are just beautiful. We are going into spring now ,but we had some terrible weather the last week and a lot of lambs died. Thanks also for the extra,s ElsD
Comment: Hello Margot,
Thank you for your lovely ATC using the Frosted Filter technique. Even though you didn't use a coffee filter, but used paper towel instead you still got basically the same result. The addition of the embellishments made for a very lovely ATC. It will be a lovely addition to my "Techniques Series." Hope we continue to encounter one another for swaps.
P.S. Thank you for the extra paper you sent along with the ATC. Please know that the paper will be used in future creative endeavors.
Comment: Loved everything -- from the beautiful flower on the envelope to the luscious/luxurious papers to the lovely, lovely ATC. Every single thing you sent shows such care in the selection and making, I'm very touched by your generosity and artistry. I loved your note -- I actually set off the smoke alarm, trying to burn the crepe paper I was using LOL!
Response: My OH would have gone mental if I'd set off the smoke alarm!!
Comment: Margot! Yes, we have swapped before;) Usually I send to you! So nice to have another ATC from you! I like the photograph and the distortion, very fantasy like indeed! Thanks also for all the extras!
Comment: Hello Margot,
What a great looking ATC I have to start this series in my ATC Collection Album. I like the additional embellishments you added to give each photo of tulips their own special space. I will have to contact you sometime to learn how to do your photography technique. It is really fun. I hope we continue to have opportunities to swap with one another. You always send wonderful, quality work. I love your idea of getting a US map and marking all the places you swap with people. Maybe i will have to get a World Map and do the same. Have a nice summer.
Comment: I am still your biggest fan and this card is so beautiful,,The background is amazing, you always do such great work,,I love the extra papers too, I see one I need right now..Thank you so very much ,,Our weather is gone crazy,, we had about a week of nice warm sunny spring weather and now it has turned back to winter...Stay well and keep making these great works of art..
Comment: Margot, This bookmark is super pretty!...You put a lot of work into this, and I really appreciate it...and in all my favorite colors too...You rock, and the decorated envelope, inside and out....thanks for a wonderful swap!...(and yes, I did read "the lovely bones" and enjoyed it)...you might like to read "a certain slant of light" (can't remember the author's name, sorry)
Comment: Thank you for the great pages. I love the illuminated L and the butterflies on the cover.Love the photos, the one with the eyes is so funny! The fabric postcard is really beautiful. Thanks also for how beautfully wrapped the journal was when you gave it to me, it made it really special. xx
Response: Glad you liked it, I had great fun with this swap.
Comment: Thanks for your pages in my book, you did loads. The Ikea page made me laugh. I love your snowflake stamp and punch - very effective. And a special thanks for marking Xmas and New Year, it made the book seem like it had really travelled through the seasons.
Response: Glad you liked it, I had great fun with the whole swap.
Comment: Very nice ATC thank you for the nice note and extra as well, I will not hold your Eastender fascination against you : ). Your ATC envelope was very cool - like a bite had been taken out of it.
Comment: Thank you so much for your card! It is so simplistic and beautiful. I'm lucky and have 3 cats, and Egyptian Mau/Tabby cross, a long haired Tabby, and a Siamese. I hope that one day you can get a kittie, or maybe on your travels, you'll come across one that might want to stick with you :)
Comment: Wow I love love the ATC. So creative and nice and neat! I would give you 2 stars if I could because of the story! I think he was captured on the canal by pirates and left his boots for a clue for his lady!
Comment: Hello Margot,
Thank you for the ATC you sent me for the "#8 Color Combo ATC" Swap. It arrived on Jan. 5th and arrived in good shape. I like how you you used varied materials to create this ATC for this swap. I like the sparkle on this ATC, too. I look forward to adding this ATC to myever-growing and ever-changing. ATC Collection and more specifically to my ATC Color Combo Collection. We swapped a number of times this past year and I hope we have some opportunities in 2010. Happy Swapping 2010!
P.S. Thank you the pink and black e papers you sent along as extras. Know they will be used in future creative endeavors..
Comment: Very Cute! I'm starting a collection of fabric Hearts, for ornaments. I will add a ribbon loop so I can hang it. I saw this heart online before I got it, Opps! I thought it could mine :) Thank You!
Response: I'm glad you liked it. Sorry the surprise was spoilt, it took longer to get to you than I anticipated
Comment: Amazing ornament! I have never seen a paper ornament with so much detail and cutting ever :) She even sent directions for making my own but knowing myself I don't think I will ever figure it out.
Response: Glad you liked them, they are quite easy once you get your head around the cutting.
Comment: A fun little 'poem' which despite its heavy restrictions (15 random words!) still managed to tell an intriguing story! I was just thankful you didn't choose to write 'most of the husband'... which would have given a different picture altogether.... :D (grins)
Comment: im giving you the heart already because im sure i will love the package even though it took forever to clear up all the shreaded paper in the package cause the bag split it was sooooooo funny.
have a great christmas xxx
Comment: Thank you for the flowery card. One little note - you may want to rethink the glitter glue you used. When I received the card, all of the glitter spots were stuck to the facing papers and did not come off clean - so most of the glitter is covered in scraps of paper that won't come off. Oops. Aloha
Response: Sorry about the glitter glue, maybe I could have put a piece of silicon baking paper over the top - I'll try that at home to see if it helps.
Comment: I'd give TWO hearts if I could. Adorable stuffie (and perfect, since I saw a pair of Barred Owls last week!) and such generous extras, too. This one made my week! It IS A HEDGEHOG! I mixed up the two different stuffie swaps. It is adorable and perfect. Thanks so much!
Response: Your comment made me laugh - I thought I had made a hedgehog! Stiill, if you want it to be an owl, fine. LOL
Comment: Margot sent out the ATCs when the first set was never delivered! Thanks Margot
Response: I was surprised to see that you had not received my cards. They were posted from UK three weeks ago. If they have not arrived by the middle of next week I will send you another set. Regards, Margot
Comment: What a amazing atc, very creative and with lots of cool information..Now this was what this swap was all about,, you did the theme very well...Also I can't believe all the great extras you sent...I Thank you with a heart and wish I could give you a 100 more...
Comment: Fabulous card! Bedfordshire is really exciting to me because I make Beds lace. :-) In fact, I think I may have conversed with you before on the LaceDigest online group. Gosh, I haven't been on in such a long time. Is it still around?
Comment: hello Margot, Thank you for the sweet little sheep atc also thank you for the nice letter. I will look out some pieces of material for you. Just wait patiently. I will get around to it! Best wishes, Cheryl

Comment: kudos for innovative use of materials :) Aren't those gardening catalogs wonderful? I use alot of glossy paper comic book pages in my work for the same reason -- so colorful! they're good weight paper for origami :)
Comment: Heavens girl, I love your ATC. It was very cleaver to use the cute butterflies over the image. Don't be so hard on yourself. You should have seen mine. Thanks and I hope we can swap again. Also, thanks for the wonderful extras, especially the leaves. Elaine
Comment: Totally beautiful. I'm envious of your garden, I can't seem to grow anything but weeds. Thank you for the punch-outs. The stamp on the envelope is a puzzle piece, did you know that? How unique.
Comment: Thank you for the fantastic hand sewn pincushion. The colours are just perfect for me and I have a plan for the pins. My daughters loved the dolly pegs, thank you for thinking of them.
Response: I'm glad they liked them, I made one for the peg swap and then found I still had some little dolls left, so I made another couple of sets of wings - I knew they would come in useful one day !!
Comment: Thank you SO much for the Awesome box~ I know just where its going....and it will definately be filled with ATCs~
It was embellished so nicely with the Green Medallion... Very Cool!
Thanks for all the fun little extras too...its always nice seeing little tidbits for crafting and creating something new~
Happy swapping my friend, & Blessings to you!
Comment: This is an awesome ATC. I think it is great to be able to take 'found' things and recycle them to make something wonderful. I was telling my coworkers about this ATC. I really like it. I also like your recycling center's motto. Thanks for the extra cool papers. Many hearts to you. Take Care. Angela

Christmas is not too far away now! The heart option doesn't work from my BlackBerry, but I will go back and update this weekend. Thanks!

Comment: Thanks for your ATC! It looks very much like one I made for a Mini-Square swap using the exact same papers in little squares. I wish I had put flowers on mine - I like yours much better. Thanks also for the many extras. LOVE the Wacky Stuff - just my kind of thing.
Also, I didn't know where I was going to get puzzle pieces for another swap I wanted to do. This was all great to get in the mail today! Thank you thank you.
Comment: Hello Margot,
I have had your "6 Elements ATC #2" Swap for a little while. I have been slow in getting ratings done and I apologize for this. First of all, I really liked the envelope in which your ATC came in, as I can tell it was handmade and unique. I also like how you arranged the elements on the ATC and how you added a glitter touch to complete it. Thank you for sharing your creativity and time with me through this swap. I will proudly be adding your ATC to my Personal ever-growing and ever-changing ATC Collection. I am pretty sure we have swapped before, but it seems like it has been awhile. I hope we cross paths again soon. Have a Happy Summer!
P.S. Thank you also for the extra paper goodies you sent with your ATC. They are lovely and unique. They will be showing up in my future creative endeavors.
Response: Hi Barb, nice to hear from you again. Thank you for your kind comments.
Hugs from Margot
Comment: Margot, what a fun collection of goodies and I do especially thank you for the dress pattern. It will be fun to work with. But everything is a welcome addition to my ephemera collection. Happy creating and swapping.
Comment: Thanks so much for a wonderful surprise! The brads are beautiful (specially the dragonflies, butterflies and the screws)and the box is just amazing! I love boxes and yours is beautifully decorated... Thanks, realy... Lots of hearts to you <3 <3 <3 :D
Comment: Aww, your such a sweetie! You couldn't use some images because they looked sad, that is so sweet! I love these cards, you did a great job on them!! My favorite is the two headed turtle, I want him!!! Thanks so much for the extras and I enjoy your lil ATC envies! 100+ Hearts for you!!! <3
Comment: Thank you for the gorgeous ATCs! They arrived the morning after you'd checked in with me - and I know whay they took longer! They came in a bag with "Whoops, we mangled the envelope - hope it's OK!" on the outside. (Well, the formal version of that anyway). Fortunately, they survived miraculously, and they're _gorgeous_. I love how you used my screen and real names in the chequerboard pattern, what a great idea! The cat is very elegant, the leafy collage is spot on "my style" - but you excelled yourself with the cross-stitch! What a brilliant way to use christmas presents! Thank you very much indeed for the fabulous, thoughtful and creative ATCs :)
Comment: Great text (the woods talked strange dreams) and I love the way you embellished. What are the stones?
Everything came safe and sound. I'm not usually attracted to shiny/glittery stuff but I love the way you highlighted with a glitter pen. Thank you.
Comment: Hello Margot,
I received your beautiful and well-crafted art doll on Tuesday 10/23. What I treat I found when I opened up your package and discovered your art doll. You shared your process and I just love how the art doll came out. It will be a great addition to my small art doll collection that will adorn a space on a wall in my room. I am going to have yours framed and then hang it in my room. I love the background you chose to use. I love the varied materials you used to create your art doll, and I like the accents placed on the corners as they added additional color and inspiration. Your doll could be a "Doll of Fall/Autumn." or even a "Doll of Autumn into Winter into Spring." Thank you for taking the time through this swap to share your creativity and art expression. I think we have swapped before, but it has been awhile. I hope we get to meet on some further swaps. However, until that time arrives, may you experience joyful and successful swaps.
Comment: Hi Margot! Your package arrives fast, and full of treasures!
I pass for this declaration on postoffice too, i was afraid about it! But i think its better!
I love everything on the envelope, I love the pompoms and minipostcards and i love love the tiny heart thing... i love this! I have a cherry!
