Comment: Sorry, but I haven't got anything yet :( I've noticed you've not been on since November 15th as well and not stated that it's been sent. I would be more than happy to rerate if I ever receive this. I hope all is okay.
Comment: I have wrote to you twice on this the first time you answered, you have been on since the second time I wrote but have kept it at Unread. The first one never reached me and you told me the resend was going out the weekend of October 31st. still nothing and we both live in the U.S. so I should have gotten it by now. I do not like to give 1s, but you joined my swap and I expect the swap to be fulfilled and no one disappointed. I do also have to remove you from group as you have 3 recent 1s, and I do hope you are going to send out the A to Z recipe book and not disappoint your partner.
Comment: Thank you so much for another neat christmas-parcel! I love those fun swaps - extravaganza is one of my favourites already :) Have a wonderful weekend! EDIT: I love everything you sent!! Have a fabulous 2015 :)
Comment: What a fun goal you completed this month! It sounds like a very special time. If it helps, a new holiday tradition I started for myself a couple years ago is to buy myself a new pair of PJs for Christmas Eve. Also, my brother started a tradition a couple years ago where he reads the Grinch to his kids before they go to bed on Christmas Eve. Just in case either appeals to you...Good luck with November!
Comment: Okay-we both knew this was going to be late when I contacted you to let you know I still hadn't received anything maybe a day before we were supposed to start opening. When you got back from vacation you said you would resend ASAP. I message you a week later, you were just sending it out. I received my 13 days of Halloween on October 30th, sort of defeating the purpose. STILL after all that, I might would have been open to it to an extent, except when I opened the items, I could clearly see you hadn't even bothered to read my profile because there were items from my dislikes list and several items for kids when I say on my profile that I don't have children and then again in a section of things I don't need (because I have no use for them). Resending again wouldn't make any sense for this particular swap because Halloween is now over. And if you really did send the first time, , I wouldn't want you to have to put money into it a 3rd time anyway. Bad as I hate it, a 3 is the best score I can give for this. UPDATE: I had no issue with you being on vacation, I even mentioned that I could see that in my message. I messaged you when I did because you had marked SENT on Oct. 8th, so I knew it should have been here by that point. When you contacted me back (yes after vacation, still realized that) you said you would send ASAP. I had to contact you again a week later because I still hadn't received anything so I asked if you had a tracking #. I think these are the only 2 times I even messaged you. And I don't believe it was profile based, but sending off of my dislike list (which is actually quite short), didn't redeem this swap much. There were also children's gloves, tiny erasers, etc. But I am not here to bicker (I just hate when people try to turn their own stuff around on other people). I didnt even receive my card... If you have some suggestion of how to make it up that's fine. I just didn't know what in this particular holiday themed situation.
Response: I'm sorry you're disappointed. This swap was never stated to be profile based and when shopping for a resend close to the holiday there is a limited selection. I did read your profile and attempted to avoid your dislike list - but that can be difficult to do with a lengthy list. Yes the pencils slipped through, I missed that one until after sending. However I don't feel that a mask & temporary tattoos are only for children - I'm sorry that you disagree. You began messaging me one day before the send by date and grew frustrated that I was not responding while on vacation as clearly stated in my profile. I'm sorry that there is no way you'll allow me to make you happier with this swap.
Comment: sorry, i havent heard back, or still havent received anything, so im going to have to rate a one for not getting anything, also so i don't forget about it.. sorry i will re-rate you when or if i get anything .. thanks..
Update: haven't received the game of thrones bag she said she resent I'm certain I won't get anything... Will be leaving my rating as a 1 I hate to be rating a 1 but it really sucks spending so much time and effort into a swap and not getting anything back :(
Response: I'm extremely disappointed that you rated only 6 hours after sending this message according to my email time stamps. During that time I was at work and did not log on to swap-bot. I am happy to provide images of the initial customs form for the first package that did not reach you.
Comment: Wow- FOUR done in one month! That's a great month! I'm heading to the Blue Ridge Mountains tomorrow, but I won't be making it as far as the Blue Ridge Brewery! Congrats on all your progress. Keep it up!
Comment: Good washi!!! the blue with the round symbols - what is the theme/subject/name of that tape...I thinking boy scout, native American, some online game?!?!? Never mind its "Advengers" - can you tell I don't have kids?!??!
Comment: Thanks so much for my Halloween package! I love it. And this was the perfect day to get it too :). It's actually cold out for the first time. I'm sharing the chocolate with my boys and putting on the socks. <3 everything.
Comment: OH, this swap is a very difficult one.. Thank you so much for your envelope! Oh my, I have to wait THREE months to open it. That is difficult indeed :) All the best! EDIT: Thank you very much for a lovely package of ephemera <3
Comment: Heather, thank you so so so much! I can't tell you how much I appreciate you resending this swap. Everything was so great! I truly loved the variety. The stickers were so cute and I had so much fun looking through all the ephemera. Thanks again for your kindness!
Comment: Thank you for your wonderful recipes! I am going to my son's house this weekend in Tenn. and am going to make your mashed potato recipe. Yummy! I am so excited that I have some new recipes to try out.
thanx for sharing.
Comment: What a generous goal you had, with tipping. I can imagine how fun that must be, especially at some place you frequent. Great job on making progress on other goals as well; I love the idea of reading books before watching the movies :-)
Comment: Thank you for the yummy sounding recipes for soups :-) I will be trying the tomato one very soon, as my garden is starting to ripen ! The potato one will be great for a cold fall day, which is coming sooner than I want it to!
Comment: Thank you for such a fun swap. It was fun unwrapping all the packages! Some will decorate my office at work and others will decorate my house and the pumpkin stone will decorate me! Thank you again!
Comment: Thank you for your yummy recipes. That shrimp one sounds right my alley. I liked how you used washi tape around the edges of the recipe card. Very clever. I appreciate the extra blank recipe cars that you included too.
Comment: Heather WOW!! First before even opening the package I was so excited with the awesome stamps you used! Then when I saw the fabric I was really WOWed! I love all of the awesome fabric, thank you so very much! Kelly :)
Comment: Thank you for sending great samples, and taking time to package them carefully. I love the idea of wrapping them around old gift cards. I'm going to repurpose some of the seemingly millions of old hotel keys I have the same way.
Comment: What a fabulous crafty care package - I LOVE everything! The little pin cushions are precious, and I love the pin/needle holder - I needed one of those and it's perfect! The fat quarters are wonderful, too. Thank you so much! <3 <3 <3
Comment: Happy to see a neighbor on Swap-bot. I don't think that I have ever seen someone else from SC either. Can't believe that we're so close too. I'm not but about 45 minutes away. My son actually lives there. Thanks so much for the great recipe. I will definitely try it soon.
Comment: You did a great job sending things for the theme. As much as I love the music from Phantom-I didn't have a CD of it and thanks to you now I do! Great selection-such interesting variety-thanks for sharing and being a great partner
Comment: hi heather, thank you for the swap.. (actually the swap calls for minimum of 40 x 40 stitches), nonetheless, I see you've put in effort in the ornament, hence not marking down. Happy swapping, thanks. :D
Edited 20/7/2014: *Oops My Sincere Apologies... I got mixed up with another swap.. Sorry about that.. Once again, thank you for the ornament and happy swapping. Cheers
Response: I'm so sorry, I didn't see anything in the swap listing a stitch size! Thanks for the feedback.
Comment: I am giggling over this polio envelope. Where in the world did you get it? I am saving that part of the envelope- for something- I don't know what. LOL. Thank you for so many wonderful washi samples. You made my day.
Response: Glad you like it! My Dad designs first day covers and I use his leftover blanks for swap mail. It's a win win since I clear his clutter & don't have to buy envelopes!
Comment: I am so sorry it has taken me so long to send you this rating. I have been having a lot of problems logging onto swapbot since they did their update. I finally got it fixed. I loved everything you sent me thank you.
Comment: Thank you for your answers. How was S.? I really want to read it! I had a fever shortly after reading Never Let Me Go and hallucinated that I had to donate my organs and I was worried that the fever would affect them. O_o
Response: I loved S., but it's certainly a different type of book. I don't know how but it even has that old book smell fresh out of the wrapper
Comment: What a great job Heather, I was hoping to get "Halloween" since I really don't have much. I love all the variety of tags, paper, especially the colored house with the witches feet sticking out it's just too cute! The trim is just perfect along with the buttons and brads I love it all and can't wait to use it in my projects. You really went all out and I thank you so much :). Wish I could give you a higher rating with lots of hearts you sure deserve it :)
Comment: Oh My!!! I got home and there was a package on my door! the mail person had delivered it to someone else, and my neighbors are sooo cool they put it on my door, even balanced it on the door knob :D I brought it in, I will admit I was in a bumming mood because I had just left my mom's house and I miss her. So any how this was a wonderful surprise at my front door lol. Anyhow! This package is soooo awesome!!!!!!!! I am new to filofax stuffs. The clippies oh my! The altered paperclips (I have ribbons and I have paperclippies!!! So I have plans or making some :D) The little cards! The washi tape! I honestly have 1 roll of washi tape, I don't use it very often but I am learning about washi tape!!! It is sooo fun! Thank you sooo much and so neat how you put it on the cards! I love it!!!! The memo pad and the little white circle deals for holes (hole protector deals) I only have white lol and I color them! Oh Heather you spoiled me lol! Thank you so much, I hope you don't mind me sending you something...you have no idear how happy and excited you made me (wipes tear). Heather you are special! Thank you very much :D Talk about perfect timing :D Super sized hugs. Thank you very much Heather.
Comment: Ooooh! This IS some nice and weird washi! The bacon washi wins! LOL! And I do love the "bazinga" tape, thanks for noticing my mention of the Big Bang Theory :) I would have to bash Sheldon in real life but love the show- lol. Thanks for all and thanks for joining my swap! :)
Comment: Thank you so much for sending not one but two yummy-sounding sangria recipes! They both sound delicious - not sure which to try first, but I am definitely going to make one of them for a summer party this year. Actually, the apple one would be great for a fall party so maybe I will do that! Really cute recipe cards too! Thank you for joining my swap :)
Comment: Thank you for the delicious sounding recipe! I look forward to making it and even read it over with my (often picky) fiance. I actually like the idea of throwing chicken in. I used to not eat much meat but now and with a meat-loving man so it worked perfectly. Thanks also for the secondary recipe for the toilet fizzies. I will definitely be making those as well!
