Comment: Hi Misty & thanks so much for the cute little vintage Halloween card. I like the orange & black stripes like air mail markings on the envie too, very original. It's funny you mention Shel Silverstein, my sons & I have been listening to the audiobook of Runny Babbit I'm the car & they're finally figuring it out. Have fun this holiday, I love your costume idea! Take care ;)
Response: I thought the airmail was a nice touch. Haha. That is awesome that you have been listening to Runny Babbit! I hope you have a great holiday as well! =)
Comment: Thanks for a recipe card. I'm not really good at kitchen (yet), though I think I might have made something like this Beef Pot Pie before. ;D Thanks again, oh, and by the way, I find your name just amazing. ;) Have a good day!
Comment: Thanks for sharing a piece of your life with me! I signed up for the Write to Soldiers program but I never followed through. After reading your note, I think I might re-investigate! Thanks.
Response: Soldiers Angels is a really good site. I totally recommend it. After signing up they have a link where you can look through some listings for people who want cards sent to soldiers..or to include in care packages. This might be up your alley cause then you can send cards when you have the time to do so. :-)
Comment: That is an incredible interchange on the New York State Thruway. Amazing to experience, too! Thank you very much for your note. My mother lived in South Africa and described safari travels in hot weather. Thank you for the great note and for the interesting postcard. Hearts to you.
Response: I am glad you liked it!! And thanks for the hearts!!
Comment: Thanks for the postcard, origami hat, recipe and print out. The underwater post office is crazy! Sorry you had a hard time with so many "obscure" holidays. I have a deep affection for all things paper too, but try mixing it up a little--it might be more fun.
Comment: thanks so much for your "pet peeve" postcard... i agree mispronouncing library and libERRY is annoying...kinda like supposeBly and supposedly...ergh... hope we can swap again soon, we have many things in common:)...
Comment: Thanks for the cute card, I really did like it. I know it's weird I signed up for a cat card swap when I don't really like cats, but I have a TON of cute cat cards from another project and figure they deserve good homes ... anyway, it was a good guess on your part that I would like the cartoon, because I truly enjoyed it. Thanks again!
Comment: I got my stuff, but it didn't meet the posted swap requirements.
Thank you for wanting to make things right. I love my squished pennies! :D. <-- My happy face
Response: After re-reading the swap requirements I did not follow the instructions and I apologize. I am sending something to you on Monday to hopefully make up for my mistake. Thank you for not rating me poorly, I appreciate it.
Not a problem. I am really sorry I didn't pay more attention to the original instructions. =)
Comment: Thank you so much for the pc. A lighthouse will always earn a heart. Just a question, where does your swapbot name come from? I like it.
Response: I am glad you liked the lighthouse card! As for my swap-bot name a friend of mine was helping me think of something creative to use as my name, and he said it jokingly...but I loved it! ( And I am glad I am not the only one.)
Response: You know I usually take pics of all the handmade ones I make, but I forgot to snap a pic of that one. Is there anyway I could get you to take a picture and email it to me? If not, thats fine...just thought I would ask.
