Comment: Thanks Kelly for the links to the quilting blogs. As I commented on your page: your mail art is fab! the Free Motion Quilting blog is one I have seen before and I think it's amazing that she wants to create 365 free motion designs a day for a year!!!! I never have done a free motion design and maybe one day I will give it a try, it looks quiet easy....
Response: I think she is going beyond 365 now and wants to do 500! Crazy!! There is a free motion ATC swap if you wanted to give it a go with me. I'm still playing with my machine settings trying to get it perfect. :)
Comment: What a beautiful A.T.CI love your chain stitches....I am moving to Ribbon Embroidery in my next swaps....might I suggest you try timtext ( they use this to stiffen baseball brims) to make your next A.T.C.'s ..it is easier to finish edges on..not that I am an expert....KPG
Response: Thanks for the tip! I'll see if I can find a stockist in my area
Comment: Oh, wow...I can't believe you sent me this fabulous fabric ATC, Kelly! The picture of it is the reason I signed up for the swap (and bought a flower loom thingy)...it's just beautiful. Thank you so much!
Comment: Sounds different! I have 2 questions, what is weetbix & sultanas? Happy Holidays.
Response: UK and US equivalent of Weetbix according to Wikipedia is Weetabix - it is a breakfast cereal made from wheat into little bricks. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Weetabix
I think you might not make distinctions between different kinds of raisins over there. A sultana here is a softer raisin made from sultana (white) grapes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raisin
