Comment: Thank you for your list with your 25 favourite books! I love Young Adult books, so I will take a look at the books you mentioned in your list! Funny that there's a Jane Austen book on your list. One of my favourite books is Pride & Prejudice. I also like Six of Crows, Jay Kristoff and The Chronicles of Narnia!
Response: Yeah, another Jay Kristoff fan!! He's such a great storyteller! xx
Comment: Thanks for sharing your list with me. We have a few authors in common like Jane Austin , Charles Dickens. I also like the Book Thief and The Reader also in the movie form. Will check out some of the other books too when or if the libraries finally open here. Blessings.
Response: Who doesn't love Jane & Charles!! And yes, I miss our libraries too - hopefully they will open soon. Take care!!
Comment: Thank you so much Toni for the thoughtful swap. I truly appreciate the fact that you took the time to write me a letter about how you made your tags. You definitely made some sturdy tags!!!!! Everything I can absolutely use. I honestly didn't have any summer things in my stash. I will certainly email you about the next swap.
Response: So much fun to make and thank you for inviting and hosting this great swap. Thanks to Lisa also!!! xx
Comment: Hi Toni thank you for the beautiful handmade postcard...I really love the Veronica Shuffstall quote. Happy Spring swapping. Thank goodness for snail mail, it sure brightens my day.Be safe.peace love light
Response: Yeah, so glad it made it there!! Have a lovely day for sure!! xx
Comment: Thank you. This came postage due .20, as anything over 4 x 6 requires more postage. Don't worry about reimbursing me. Hopefully you're okay, if your cough smudged the postcard. ;D
Response: OMG, so sorry about the postage as I take all my mail to my gal at the PO?! I don't know what happened, which makes me wonder if other folks got a postage due and never notified me? Worse, in hindsight, that cough (from snacking on berries and went down too fast) sounds criminal now!! Jeez, I feel like a eejit! xx
Comment: Thank You for the items. Will await for the other package as you mentioned. I finally figured out what’s that soiled tissue paper looking items in the ziploc bag!!!! I’m guessing you read wrongly that I collect used tea bags!!!! It’s the tea bag TAGs I collect and not the bags!!!! Oh my...what lengths you went to empty them and dry them...thank you for your efforts!!!! The sight of them in the ziploc bag scared me just now that I didn’t even want to explore by opening up the bag but now I realised it’s just a hilarious mistake :)
2nd Package Arrived the next day...oh what a huge package this is and so many purple items!!! Thank You very much! You clearly went over and beyond with the enclosures!!! :)
Response: Yeah, I'm so glad the part one of the two packages made it there. The tracking shows the big package is in Singapore so hopefully it will be delivered soon! Thank you for rating and understanding!!
So happy you got it the package! And I'm still laughing about the tea bags!! Please have a beautiful day! xx
Comment: Hello Toni! Firstly, thank you so much for joining my swap! And yes! The cool gift wrap envelope arrived perfectly fine! Thank you for the items you sent, I loved everything :) gold and green go so good together don't you think? Happy swapping!
Comment: Thank you for the postcard! It is indeed a very good movie scene that you have chosen! I personally like cards where something is written by hand. But it's okay for everyone to have their own style :-) Is The Half Blood Prince also your favorite movie? Happy Swapping!
Response: Aloha! Thank you for the heart. Sorry I didn't write on the card, my hand was injured and I had so much to say! Yes, my favorite movie is the Half Blood Prince - I must have been so excited that I didn't mention it! I can be such a muggle sometimes, lol! Happy Swapping.
Comment: I love audiobooks, too. My speed is only up to 1.25, but that has made a difference. I agree that the author adds so much to the story when he/she narrates it. And I love RBG! Thanks!
Response: OMG, RBG is an incredible woman!!. Sorry, after I wrote by postcard, I meant to say my speed is 1.5 to 1.75. 1.75 is usually for book club duds, biz books and leadership books but not for awesome literature The Book Thief which must be treasured <3!! Thank you for the <3
Comment: I've received the PC to pass along the next round. Thanks for the ledger paper - there's something strangely appealing to me about the orderly geometry of the lines...Great envie and funny memo paper, because, you know, The World Could Never Have Too Many Memos.
Response: I love the ledger paper also for ephemera - so I buy any of the old stuff I find at the bric a brac shops!! xx
Comment: This was absolutely jaw dropping, the amount if detail put into this ATC, I want to frame it! (Also the extras were so sweet, I am treasuring them) thank you so much MuggleMom!
Response: So happy it made it there!! I saw your email and sending good thoughts to Australia always - fires or viruses, so sorry!
Happy turn now- I loved how the ATC turned out but I've learned so much since that point- I can't wait to do it again!! xx
Comment: Thank you for such a fantastic card, Toni. Cheers to handmade (and historical fiction)!
Response: Thank you for the heart! My pen did me no service when writing! I made the card from recycled boxes, I should have mentioned that after I read your profile. You're inspiring with your choices! xx
Comment: Thanks for the Rosie the Riveter PYO postcard. Did you know Canada had it's own version? Veronica Foster, a Toronto ammunition factory worker, was Canada's poster girl for women in the war effort in 1941. She was dubbed "Ronnie, the Bren Gun Girl." I like the rubberstamps you used on the back of the card.
Response: Thank you for the heart and the info. I'm pulling Veronica Foster up and she will get her own postcard in my collection now!! I love history! xx
Comment: Hi Toni thank you for the gorgeous PC, I love the frame of copper coloured washi tape. Copper love. And also thanks for using an assortment of postage stamps, really lovely also. Happy February swapping. peace love light
Comment: Thank you for the great ATC; I like the rivet detail. Please remember to label them in the future though, as most swaps require that; I'll put your info on the back of the one that you sent me. :)
Response: Thank you for the heart and I'm glad you like my newbie attempts at ATC's. xx

I hope you will have a wonderful time with your daughter in Tx. watching her play volleyball and enjoy your dinner & yummy chocolates. Happy Birthday Toni ! No, Your card didn't make here for my birthday. Which was Feb. 5th. But that's okay. I love the card just the same.My birthday was spent at home. Nothing went as planned for it. As we got a snow storm on my day. It seems to be that way every year. Go figure, since I was born during a snow storm, lol !
Response: Thank you for the heart! I wish I could take credit for the card but I bought it like that--how I wish I could make a card that clever! Hoping sunshine and rainbows are heading your way for the rest of February!! xx
Comment: This is such an awesome postcard! Well made too - it battled USPS with only minor scratches and a small tear on the lower edge... Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the beach with me too. I’d never stopped to recognize that most people’s faces are happy at the beach!!!
Response: Thank you for the heart!! Bummer that the card has gotten into a wee battle - I've only made one or two like that so thank you for letting me know how it arrived. Will tweek my processes! xx

Comment: Thank you soo much for your wonderful package, I got it today and I loved it! <3 You made a very nice job! I really hope you will love the Swapbot community, you will have a lot of fun, I'm sure! Just a little input: when you send out a swap, it's helpful to include the name of the swap - many people joins a lot of similar swaps, so it takes a while to find the relevant one :) If you write the name, it will be easier to allocate :)
Response: Hi dorcii! Thank you for the kind words and the great advice. I got so excited to send out my package, I totally forgot to put in the swap name & my name! Won't forget again! Thank you for searching me out and giving me a rating!!
Comment: Welcome to the community! Your package was above and beyond any other package that I've gotten! Please let me know if you would love to do personal swaps and/or penpal! I would love to get to know you more. :)
