Comment: Thank you for that beautiful pc with cute ginger kitten. One of my cats is also orange tabby. His name is Shani, he is 5 y. o. I love the stamp with John Lennon! Pet Tango from me :) Happy swapping!
Comment: Thanks for the cute PC and your facts.
Of course the collecting and the using are two separate hobbies. Who would think otherwise?
As a past volunteer EMT, I have a real appreciation for E911 Operators.
Comment: Thank you for the lovely swap. REally cute envelope too! Who is that little bunny on your return addy? Seems I know that bunny. But who? lol He looks identical to that animated bunny on Frosty the Snowman 1960's. lol
Response: It’s Happy Bunny is on my label. It’s a sarcastic bunny that makes me laugh. Lol
Comment: Thanks so much for all the washi tape! I just love all the colors. It's so fun to see all the different samples, because no matter how much I buy, other people send me ones I've never even seen before. And you decorated your envelope so nicely! Thanks so much!
Comment: Thanks for the cute PC and I'm glad to hear your kitty is gaining weight. My cat is on a diet - he was up to 17 pounds and we found out he had thyroid issues - he had radioactive iodine treatment and he's down to 15.5 pounds now. He's on a kidney diet (low magnesium) since he is 15 years old and considered "elderly", but sometimes he acts like a kitten! We sure do love our furry friends!
Comment: Thank you so much for your card and all the wonderful extras! Here in Texas I whine about the heat in summer but I'd rather have hot than snow. Texans go crazy when we get 1/2" of snow. There's wrecks everywhere. I can't even imagine if we got a foot of snow.
Response: Lol My aunt in Mississippi is the same way. We got half an inch yesterday and it’s just no big deal. The only time it starts to be real bothersome is when we get like 3 or 4 inches or more. Then we have to deal with the snow plows and snow boots, etc. lol But it can sure be pretty. And very quiet and peaceful.
Comment: OMGoodness Jennipurrrrrr!! You did an amazing job, so much fun cat stuff. Everything is so fun and catastic. I'm still working on mine, I was traveling for a bit but I'm back. I hope you'll like what I'm sendging
Response: I’m glad you liked it! I was a bit nervous about it, but it was fun to do!!
Comment: While I was trying to send my partner a sample of every single polka dot washi that I had (and I LOVE them so I have a lot) I was thinking I would probably receive a lot of duplicates. Only one duplicate! Love them all!! Thank you!
Comment: Whoa!!! This was so much fun to receive from you! If only you were always my partner for mail lol. I absolutely love the mix you got together from the ephemera to the postcards and mini envelopes. I’ve never seen washi put together like that and I loved it!
Comment: You have inspired me to never look at send anything swaps the same ever again! Your calendar was so thoughtful and creative! I had an amazing time flipping through it! Thank you sooooo much!!!
Response: I wasn't trying to be creative...I was trying to keep the entire package flat to save on postage. LOL I've done it a few times...a flat package mails much easier. LOL But I'm glad you liked it all!
Comment: So many pretty washis! I am not sure which is my favorite the green marble with gold lettering that says "Don't Give UP" or the LOVELOVELOVE or ooo the memories strung together with hearts. Thank you soo very much!
Comment: Thank you!!!! Fun :) 12/25: Now that I have extra time, you really made your package sing. Thank you for your thoughtful artwork on your envie. One of the recipe cards....it actually made me get teary. The vintage coffee pot was one my grandma and mom had. Back before the internet, my aunts and grandma would bring packs of them at Christmas and I would copy the recipes they made so they could trade. I miss those days and it really brought back a very fond memory. Thank you!
Comment: 14 Cats!! Goodness Gracious. If I had space I'd probably have about as many - but I make do with two. The two you mentioned sound hysterical. Thank you for making me smile. Oh, and the card is adorable!

Comment: thank you, I am actually gonna save this to open on halloween! but i love how you decorated the envelope, its so fun! the edgar allan Poe washi tape and the drink up, witches are so awesome haha.
Comment: Thanks for being generous and sending more than 5 favorites. I have to agree with you about flowers, and this one is an especially nice combo! :) P.S. The card you sent them in with all the colorful doors on it was cool too.
Comment: With just the few times we’ve been partners I already know whatever you send is going to be absolutely awesome and this time is no exception! LOVE everything! Especially all the dirty bits! And how are you amazing at always packaging everything so great??? Ty a million times 🙃💜💜💜
Comment: LOVE this card-thanks very much! Our high peaks in CO have already had their first snow and leaves are changing early this year. We're hoping for a lot more snow than we got last year. I really like the fall too-- especially Indian Summer which are warm days after the first frost.
Comment: Love the card! In 1989 when that came out, I would hear Homer constantly calling him boy, so when I had my son in 1989, We fondly call him boy more then his given name and he is 29 now! Thank you!
Comment: Thank you for all of the wonderful craft items! I look forward to using these in my Smashbox and art projects. I loved all of the little knickknacks and the stamps. Thanks again and happy future swapping!

Comment: I had to look up the origins of an ad for an art history class and I chose “Virginia is for lovers”. I get to be an art nerd for a min and tell you where the saying came from. *ahem* A team led by David N. Martin and George Woltz of Martin and Woltz Inc. of Richmond, Virginia created the slogan after winning the Virginia State Travel account in 1968. Originally, they had come up with history ads, "Virginia is for History Lovers"; beach ads, "Virginia is for Beach Lovers"; and mountain ads, "Virginia is for Mountain Lovers." This approach was eventually discarded as too limiting, and the qualifiers were dropped. Thus "Virginia is for Lovers" was born.
Comment: Love the PC, colors are great! I've seen the Atlantic several times and it can be scary, especially when the weather is bad! But on a good day... it's awesome. One day I'd love to see the Pacific too! Thank you!.
Comment: I'm rolling in the washi now. Thanks for another great selection of wonderful washi tapes in a designer pocket, no less! :)
All, collectively thanking you for the neat air mail letter/envies you included!! Are these called "postelettes?"
Response: Lol I have no idea what those are called. I got a whole pad of them at a yard sale for a quarter and send them as extras to people who mention on their profile they have pen pals. I did the “designer pockets” to try to show the different cards for each swap. I’m glad you liked everything!
Comment: I love Marimekko. I was first introduced to the line by my old roommate. She had stretched a piece of their fabric and made it into wall art. It was bright blue, bright yellow and white. I've loved that color combination ever since. Thank you!
Comment: Thanks for the fun tapes and the extra one! I love the floral ones, as you probably guessed. :) And the stamps you used on the envie are AWESOME!! The Frank Lloyd Wright ones are my favorite. Little works of art!!! (Inchies at their finest, imo!!!)
Comment: Thank you! I especially like that little note with some beautiful words to spread kindness. It's just brilliant. I thought at first that it's your buisness card :) Thank you for all of these great goodies! Have a nice July!
Comment: Hiya! I thought, you must have cats... and I just checked your profile and lo and behold! Thank you for the great Blind Envie. It had a curious assortment of things which I will enjoy using, and appreciate your sending. Be well! Diane
Comment: I too would much rather be in a northern state, that doesn't have humidity!! But imagine, if you will, being a "sheep" in Texas, and having to wear a wool coat all summer! Poor babies! (yes, we do have sheep ranches in TX!) Thank you!
Comment: Thank you so m7uch for the darling kitty card. 13 seems like a lot but once when I was a kid we had 32 at one time. Every adult female we had, had a litter all in the same week. LOL!
Comment: OH. MY. GOSH!!!! Jennifer?!?!? How did you get so many PERFECT things in an envie?!?! I'm DYING as I go through this envelope of perfection...seriously. WOW, just WOW. Emphemera, old paper, vintage...ribbon...paper...AHHHHHHHHHHH Thank you from the heart for a GREAT swap. Thank you for joining in!
Comment: Thank you so much for the package of goodies! I especially like the tiny blueprint, since I used to work in the office of a construction supplier and we used blueprints all the time. Thank you as well for the generous samples of washi tape and the coloring page from the calendar (I didn’t even know they made those!). The vintage dictionary pages will be perfect for an upcoming project. And I loved the Sally Ride postage stamp you used to mail it. Thanks for a special swap!

Comment: Thank you for the card with the facts. I love learning about serial killers. I originally intended to be a forensic psychologist.
Response: I was so enthralled with everything serial killer, X-Files, Silence of the Lambs, I wanted to be an FBI agent. My life got in the way. Thanks for the heart! If you ever want to talk serial killers, I’m always up for it!

Comment: Jennifer this was a great pc to send me. I had to read all the information which by the way some of it was in small detail! Haha! I loved all the facts about Austria which by the way I did not know some of these facts! LOVED IT and the background was very beautiful too! Yes this pc was perfect for me! THANK YOU!

Comment: Thank goodness you added your username! I have all Jen's for this swap! I have a Jenny, and TWO Jennifer's! When does that EVER HAPPEN!!!!
I love the dirty piglet on this PC! Thanks for sending!
Comment: Thank you for the great JFK card (I love his quote about the importance of the arts!), adorable cat stickers (the baseball car looks like my own gray and white :), corn stamp, and message -- I look forward to visiting President Kennedy's Library one day and also hope that current and future politicians can regain a similar sense of integrity!
Comment: I love the cowl you made. I spend time making them for other people but nobody has ever made one for me. I love the pattern and the yarn. The color is perfect. Your work is beautiful!!! I can't wait to wear it! Thank you, thank you!!
Comment: Thanks for the Vision of Yesterday postcard. My dad actually has one of those plows on display in his building. He has a small farm and enjoys farm antiques. The weather here in Georgia is also crazy; but no snow!
Comment: Thanks for the great quote and the Art of China Card. I read a lot of historical fiction books and China is an area of particular interest! This will help me with visualization as I read my next book!
Comment: I struggled so bad with this one but I don't think you did at all - both are awesome! and of course you had to do one for thumb appreciation day - thanks for sharing - how cool! my daughter has a vision condition that is very rare, when she was first diagnosed it was 1 in every 30,000 people in the US had it (that was over 18 years ago) Thanks so much!!!!
Comment: Thank you for the coloring card, stamps, washi, and poinsettia stickers! I agree that home depends a lot on a feeling of unconditional love and freedom with those who mean a lot to you (and to whom you mean a lot).
Comment: Thank you so much for the washi tape! I don't have any of them, so they made me happy! What made me happier though, was the cute little baby in the baby chick costume in front of the card. I got out of work in a totally bad mood and that photo of the baby made my day better! Thank you again! Also, I almost forgot to mention, you are so awesome for sending extra floral stickers. That is very generous of you. I hope you have a great rest of your day!
Response: I'm glad the adorable baby made your day better! I was glad to pass along the stickers...I got several sheets given to me and I don't use them.
Comment: You deserve a MILLION Hearts for this swap!!!
Firstly - I was looking at your envelope, and noticing how pretty it is,
with such pretty corresponding washi tape. I was looking at the tapes longingly,
because I am pretty much out completely of deco tapes - Then - I open this swap - and - I see you Angeled the roll of washi tape that I was flaked on - You angel with 3 different, five feet - each! - rolls of washi!! Wow!! What a fabulous surprise! I can't believe it! That is So amazingly wonderful of you. You're a fabulous, wonderful, thoughtful, angel. Now I see what you were saying in the RAK thread! http://swap-bot.com/forums/topic/134177 - ha!! Thank you So Very Much - I love love love them! And - the swap itself - Wow! I Loveloveloveee the note cards! Could you find any better ones?? Nay! - I Lovelovelove that airplane/postal one and Lovelovelove that sophisticated wine one, and that little baby is sooo cute!! Oh my - This is a most awesomest swap, for sure - A Super duper swap you sent - I thank you So Very Much! I'm putting in a good word about you, to Santa! Again, thank you so so much - I'm very grateful for all this - Words just can't describe how wonderful this swap is, and, how happy you made me. Thank you. Happy day to you.
Response: Aww, I'm so glad I made your day! I actually have been lucky finding washi tape lately, which is why I have been sharing so much! And you are so very welcome!!!!
Comment: Thank you so much for the hand-made Valentine! It is the perfect amount of inappropriate and completely unexpected with the handmade front - I'll be keeping my eye out for someone to give it to.
Response: I'm glad you liked it! I expect the reaction of who receives it will be surprised...which is what I was going for. 😜
Comment: What a cute bag you sent me. I love it. Thank-you. I always need hot pads for my kitchen table. Your package arrived in a plastic bag from the Post office. Got ripped open somehow but both contents are in perfect condition. Thanks again for a fine swap. Have a great day.
Response: Well I'm glad you got everything! Thank you! Have a great day!
Comment: OMG, where do I start to thank you. First I get this envelope that is so cutely decorated with stickers and washi tape and then I open it to find a really cute crafty looking reusable bag that is going to my next crop with me and then an really cute acrylic stamp set falls out when I open my bag which I cannot wait to use, then an adorable crocheted lip balm pouch with a wild cherry Burts Bees lip balm included and to top it off a sweet card included. I love that you crocheted the lip balm pouch and absolutely love it and Burt Bee's is the type of lip balm I use. Thank you for making my day. I wish I could give you a bunch of hearts because you are a wonderful swap partner. You are the kind of swap partner that makes swapping so much fun. Hugs to you.
Response: I'm so glad I made your day! I love sending along extra stuff that makes my partners smile!!! I had trouble letting go of that Joanns shopping bag...I loved it! Lol tThank you for your kind words and kind rating!
Comment: OMG, I could not imagine having that many cats....I love them but I'm afraid they'd get on my nerves.
I would love to learn how to crochet it looks neat...I know a couple of people who do it but I haven't learned.
Love the postcard you used, it is a nice addition to my collection, thank you !!
Response: Nah, they don't get on my nerves...they are actually entertaining. The only time I am annoyed is when cleaning litter boxes because I have 5 of them and it's gross. Lol
Comment: Thank you for the great hat. I've often longed for something to keep my ears warm. I don't get much call for warm clothing in Houston, but my job requires a lot of travel. Having lived in the south all my life I've discovered I'm very susceptible to cold like a true hothouse flower.
Response: Lol I was just talking about this with my boss. I also deliver newspapers and unless it is bitterly cold or windy the cold doesn't affect me as much as most people. Lol
Comment: Hi Jennifer I loved your inchie. You are right - this could become addicting. This was my first inchie as well but I will be doing more of them. Thanks also for the little items to make more inchies. Hope we swap again sometime. Pat
Comment: Thanks for all the washi! I'm so ready for Supernatural to be back as well! Just a few more days! Funny story, my boss told to to "carry on my wayward son" when I went to lunch last week and I just told him I was going to cry. He was so confused! lol. I would be up for a private swap of the Supernatural kind...not the 4th kind, that's the butt stuff. (sorry, couldn't help that). Just shoot me a PM and we can get it all figured out! :D
Response: EMPATHY, SAM, EMPATHY!!! Fight those fairies!!! Hehe
Thank you for the kind rating! It's always awesome to find another Winchester fan!
Comment: Hello Jennifer,
thank you for your selections of washi tape you sent me for this swap. you sent a nice variety of widths and designs. What is the teal? Thank you also for the die cut stickers you sent along with the tape. I look forward to using all you sent in future projects. Happy New Year!
Response: The teal was labeled as a tearable tape you can write on in the office tape section...wasn't labeled as washi. I'm glad you like what I sent! Happy New Year to you too!
Comment: Got this today! Had a little difficulty finding the swap because you didn't put the swap name on there and I'm in a few washi tape swaps but that's okay! Found you! My favorite is the mustache tape! I'm making a mustache pocket letter and I didn't have any to go with it-now I do! Also love the cat ATC. I've been looking at ATC swaps but been reluctant to join one because I've never made one but want to-don't want to dissapoint anyone. Thank you so much!
Response: I'm really sorry I forgot to put the swap name!!! That is very unlike me! I'm glad you liked what I sent though!!
Comment: And, the 1st one arrives! Your California relatives must have come from the City! I lived in St. Chas., Aurora, Naperville for 5 yrs. and definitely we don't have the corn and soybean growing here but much of Cali is rural, I have grown up raising ducks, chickens, rabbits, cows, horses, lots of horses and goats, pigs and all kinds of animals. Southern Cal is way different from Northern. Parts of Illinois and Missouri look a lot like much of California. My area, we don't have the snow though. Snow is about 4 hrs. away from me. Anyway, wishing you a short, late, mild Winter! = )
Comment: I LOVE the postcard to color!! Where did you get that? I would love to send some, amazing, thank you. : )
Response: I found them in two different areas...one was a book of postcards to color I found at Joann Fabrics. The others were included as an extra in a package of coloring books also from Joann Fabrics. I'm not sure which one you got. Lol the book of postcards was called Secret Garden...you might google it. There are several coloring books in this series so be sure to google Secret Garden Postcards. Good luck!!
Comment: :-(. I'll be happy to change this when i receive the fingerless gloves ... Or the crocheted calvin and hobbes ... (or anything, really, as our swap description was deliberately vague and it was just a box full of stuff i sent to you, looking to "rehome")... Original swap Date July 2014. .. Update 12/30/15 Thank you for the fun box full of wrapped items! You really could have just sent any one of these things. I really like the journal... And the acorn chain piece... But my special favorite is probably the raggedy ann notecards. You couldn't know because it isn't on my profile but I love raggedy ann! And one of those pictures really touched a nostalgic nerve. Very sweet. Thank you. I went back and forth about a three (which is probably the "proper" rating) and a five... But I decided a five because regardless of the year gap, the swap was fullfilled, and a heart because of the way the raggedy ann picture made me feel. :-)
Response: 12-28-15 I am so sorry for how long it has taken me to send this to you. It has finally been sent. Tracking info: 9505 5137 0581 5362 1331 07 expected delivery 12-30-15.
Thank you very much. I really appreciate the kind rating and I'm glad I was able to make you feel special.
Comment: Hiya Jennifer! I loved the card, the quotes and the samples of washi tape. I cheated and I read the quotes... my favorite one was: "The human spirit is stronger than anything that happens to it". Thanks!
Response: I find that I end up with so many favorite quotes it's hard to narrow it down to just 1! Thank you for the kind rating!
Comment: What a fun package to open! Thanks so much for the varity of embellishments and goodies! Love the "hurry up and relax" card too (I am a fan of Mary Engelbreit for sure)! And WHERE did you find Alice In Wonderland Tea???!! So cool! Thanks for making my Merry Un-Birthday a delight!
Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed it all! I received some Alice in Wonderland Tea in other swaps and decided to share! :) Thanks for the kind rating!
Comment: Thankyou for the fabric scraps!!! Can't ever get enough:) Love the sunflower card too!!!
Response: Thank you for the kind rating! I was glad to pass along some scraps. I have sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many! I saw you are doing a postage stamp quilt, so I thought what I sent would be plenty for that quilt! If you ever want to do a private swap, I could fill a medium flat rate box with just scraps! LOL
Comment: Thank you for the lovely quotes. Because I really need a little extra happiness this week I quickly read them all. Several were amazingly appropriate for right now. I will enjoy pulling them out of my happiness jar and contemplating each of them further. Thank you for such thoughtful choices. <3<3<3
Response: You are very welcome! I needed extra encouragement this week as well, so I completely understand! Thank you for my 700th 5! :)
Comment: Great job on everything. Thanks for all the extras.
Did you hand or machine stich the mini quilts?
Response: Thanks! They were machine stitched but hand quilted. Also the binding was done on the keychain by hand. That was tough! lol The magnet was done spur of the moment. I had never done a log cabin block before trying that. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out! lol
Comment: I received your big 'ol envie of stamps today! Looks like a fun selection. I will enjoy studying them in detail this weekend. Thanks for the swap! <3<3<3 PS I loved the fact that you used a ton of vintage stamps to mail this but a silly postal worker cancelled them all with big grease pencils X's! :(
Response: I'm glad you liked it all! THAT STINKS THAT THEY DID THAT!
Comment: Thank you! I love the mustache on a stick, and it was so sweet of you to add in that string. I love string. I do wish I had more crochet knowledge so that I knew how to make the thing in the pattern, but maybe someday! (:
Response: I figured you'd love the mustache on a stick! I painted that myself, so I am especially proud of my paint job. lol Thanks for the kind rating!
Comment: Thanks for the yarn ~ I love the colors! And the bat stickers will be fun to use for Halloween. Its good to be receiving from you again, its been a long time! *********Its good to see you back here!
Comment: The 3 is only for lateness, which I understand, but need to be fair. If I could give you a heart, I would! My daughter really likes the fingerless gloves, and I *love* my Ernie the Envie ATC! Hope you are well and that you get better and better. Best wishes.
Response: I’m glad you liked everything. I’m sorry for the lateness.
Comment: Awww! The little owl is so sweet and I love the colorful yarn that you used. You definately earned your heart. And I must say you also earned a heart before I even opened the package--that was the best packaging I think I've ever received. It made me grin. Thank you!
Response: It was the first time I ever made such a small ami, so i am pretty happy with it! I'm glad the packaging made you smile. I got a tickle out of using it. :)
Comment: Oh, you are amazing! Every little think is just wonderful. I will definitely use the face scrub and the dishcloth. And the yarn is fabulous. I'll get to work on that when things slow down after school starts. Thank you SOOOOO much.
Response: You are so welcome! Thank you for such a kind rating! I'm glad you liked everything I sent! :)
Comment: sorry my list was hard for you-thanks for the coupons
Response: Not hard necessarily...just most of my coupons fell in the "do not send" category. LOL I hope you can use what I did find to send you! :) I understand not being able to use certain coupons you receive. Sometimes I receive ones where I haven't even heard of the brand! LOL
Comment: Wowza! It was so exciting to get so many coupons at one time! How many papers do you get a week? I loved the multiples. Some great coupons in there and I usually know all of the different denominations that are out but I didn't even know about some that you sent. THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE SWAP! I hope to do one again! I hope you enjoy yours :)
Response: Thank you! I had gotten many of those from someone I swapped with. I only get three papers a week, so I normally wouldn't ever have that many of one coupon. I hope you enjoy them!
