Comment: Well you have just spoiled me! I love the block you made, it is so well constructed! The embellishments are wonderful too! I have always wanted to try silk ribbon embroidery. Did you know there is a sample in the book that uses almost exactely the same watering can button you sent? How cool is that? Thank you soooooo much! You're a great swapper and swap coordinator!!!
Response: Thank you so much! I really liked putting that one together and want to do one for myself. Wow, that's cool about the button. I love doing silk ribbon embroidery. You get pretty results quick.
Comment: Hi Donna! Got my teas today! Thank you, I do love the Lady Grey, and I like Jasmine to :) Sadly I will have to pass on the Pineapple one, I can't have tropical fruit. Makes me very ill. But good job none the less!
Response: Aww, too bad you can't drink the tropical one. It is one of my faves and the only one I could find to represent the letter "K". Hopefully, you will be able to pass it on to the perfect person since you probably don't buy too many of those flavors.
Comment: I like the fabrics, they're not ugly at all. lol, my 16 mo old daughter likes them so much she pulled off my bedspread to get to them when I set them on the bed to keep her from chewing the plastic bag.
Comment: The bag is fabulous! I will enjoy using the bag. I like how you used the fabric in the construction of the tote bag. The way that you put the colors together there is no hint of the original ugly fabric print. Good work. Thank you so much. I too enjoyed making something out of the so called "ugly fabric".
Response: Yay! I'm so glad you liked it. I really want one for myself now. That pattern would make great placemats, too.
Comment: I love my Wonky House and yes of course I will use it! I am going to donate this quilt when its done to Hospice. I love the flower wreath as well and Thank you for the fabric! The colors are perfect!
Response: That is very cool for you to do. I have a quilt I made my mom that I may give to hospice to hang on their wall. It is birds and birdhouses.
Comment: First of all, I LOVE your cute "kitten on books" note card! I enjoyed reading your letter and your 4am cat story (smile). Our cat is actually a tortoiseshell cat too. She is grey with blonde ginger coloring, with a white bib and white/grey/ginger coloring on her feet too. Thank you for the tea; I'm currently steeping the Hyson jasmine green tea - it smells wonderful. Thank you again for a lovely letter!
Comment: I LOVE my card! Thank you! The kitty on the front looks just like a fluffy version of my little Princess! Love the stories you wrote inside. My kitty loves to block me with her paw too when I get on her nerves. Just gently puts her paw on my face. So thank you very much! :-)
Comment: Thank you Donna for your mail :) That really made my sick leave day happier and now i could make cup of tea :) I also love these cat sheets whom you sent to me. We got little kitten month ago and black cat on sheets is just like our cat ^_^ Have a nice day to you! <3: Jonna
Response: So glad you liked everything and so cute about the kitten. Thanks for the rating.
Comment: Thank you so much, what a lovely package. I love the card, the coaster (so cute), the towel set :), the notepads..(i love paper)...the stickers!! everything!!! and your note was very nice too. Thanks again!!
Comment: Great job on both your tea card & haiku!! I like the paper colors you used on your card and your tea cup construction. Plus I like the vanilla tea too. Thank you for making my day! P.S. Yes, I think you should join my handmade tea themed card swap (smile).
Response: I wish I had had the time to join the card making one. You will have to host another in the spring. Glad you liked and thank you, too.
Comment: I loved all the things that you sent me especially the drawing your daughter made! Please tell her that! The postcards were great as well as the card and magnetic notepad! All very useful things! Thanks ever so much!
I hear ya about your cat not answering to it's name. Other than my old cat Tiger, none of the others I have owned will come to their name..On the rare occasion they do I wonder what they are up to! LOL!
Response: She was happy to see you liked it and I was too. This was a fun swap to put together.
Comment: Such a sweet mom! My mom didn't stash, but rather destashing was her goal! My grandmother and aunt were the stashers! Well I'm looking forward to swapping again, neighbor! Thanks for joining with me.
Comment: Thank you very much for all the lovely items you sent me for my birthday. I have a couple of projects I can use the yarn for and I can always use another pair of unusual earrings.....PS the wrapping paper arrived without a single tear in it =)
Comment: thank you for the beautiful assortment of fibers and ribbons! when they are all laying together they look so beautiful and royal, that i didn't even want to separate them to put away! thanks for taking the time to send my favorite jewel tones!
Response: I really enjoyed getting them together. It helped that they are some of my favorites too and I had them on hand. I took a picture of them so I could remember what I picked out.
