Comment: At first I was like “uhm no images, no italic nor bold… maybe is a newbie girl just getting into Swap-Bot†so I accepted because I’m still new at this and some things are confusing for me and I do my best to learn everyday and I hope swapbotters to understand that, but then I look at your profile and I find out that you are far from being a newbie!!
You have a perfect score and 356 hearts, that fact kinda upsetting me, because if you had reach that level you are supposed to be better than an ordinary comment.
Anyway, I’m giving you 5 because it wasn’t mandatory to include those extras in the profile comment and it looks like at least you read my description .
Please don’t take this personal, I don’t want to be rude, it’s just my opinion that you can’t be compared with someone that just join the website, one would expect more of someone with that much experience
Response: Thank you. I have been here since almost the beginning but truthfully I am not sure how to go about putting in pictures etc. since I rarely comment. I could probably knit or crochet you one, though... haha. So sorry to disappoint with no picture but if I ever learn how, I'll come back to your profile and add one for you!
Comment: what a cool name! Love the colors you chose. I must try the pattern. It is so pretty... Might have to use it as a hot pad, can't imagine washing dishes with it!
Response: Very glad you liked it. Pattern came from a book of dishcloths. I love that it can use complimentary (or not) colors. Only the middle takes more cotton so it's easy to use scraps of colors you like. Thanks for the good rating!
Comment: I did enjoy reading all your answers. I wish that I could say I am at a job I love. I have never found one. I am so used to not having a job I love that having the 90k is better to me. It is kinda scary having diabetes. I have to watch myself as my mother had it and my younger brother has it.
Comment: OMG I am so pleased that you chose what you did. They will come in very handy for me. I was glad to do a swap for you.I hope you recieved your baseball card from email. I saw that they were your favorite.
Response: I did! THANK YOU! I didn't know who it came from. I LOVE IT!!!
Comment: Hi! I enjoyed reading your answers! So when you met Stephen King, was he nice or uppity? The authors I have met, have been so nice and just like "normal" folks!! Whatever that means! lol - How fun that Sonic is your favorite and your town is getting one! I hope we are partners again at some point! Happy Swapping! ;)
Response: He is so ordinary it's wonderful! And most of the ones I have met (except for Harlan Ellison) were, too. I hope we can swap, too. Maybe a private one? Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Thank you for reading and commenting on my profile. I really liked getting to "meet" other members. Madison does keep me busy, but she really is a good little girl and helps mommy as much as a 20 month old can. We are very blessed with her :) Happy swapping! Who knows maybe we will be lucky enough to be partners in someother swap again :)
Comment: The most beautiful scarf ever! I love the hearts design (even if it wasn't on purpose) it is your valentine to me! I will always wear it with honor & thoughts of you! Thank you so much! I posted pics on my blog!! <3 <3 <3 <3
Response: Now that you have it I can post a picture on my blog of it and I'm going to take a picture of the dotee and post that as a "Look What I GOT!" because I love it. The design is one I love for scarves and modified it made a nice afghan. :) They're supposed to be clusters but they sure do look like hearts! So glad you liked it! We should swap again sometime!
Comment: Favorite bit right here:
"I mean c'mon, I have to PAY for internet service and now I have to PAY to ship this over the internet?"
Yes. Yes you do, in fact. But only in the fact that however much you pay for the internet a month would need to be divided by how long you spent commenting, LOLing, and reading. ^_^
Comment: Hey! Got my package today :) Yay... thanks :)) I can't wait to figure out what to do with that skull (how to decorate it I mean), and ideas to use the skull buttons and cherries on some kind of clothing or accessories are rolling around in my head! LOL
Response: Glad you liked it... Had to send the skulls... you like them and it's that time of year! Enjoy!
Comment: Thanks so much for your answers. It's interesting for me to read about others' attitudes toward swapping. Sorry about those 2 private swaps that went bad :-( I know what it's like look forward to a swap, only to have been flaked.
Comment: thanks for the great swap package I love the cookie cutters.....smiles...... the dishcloth is so nice I love the pattern. you did a great job on the trim, it makes me want to start adding trims to my dishcloths. thanks again.....
Comment: I LOVE my package! I really enjoy handmade cloths and just don't run across them. It is beautiful. The little duck is very cute. I use so many notecards that I can't keep them in stock so much appreciated. Everything is just perfect. Thank you for being the perfect swap partner. Hugs, Mona
Response: Am so glad you liked it! I love to make washcloths and think that I have to start a separate blog devoted to just those. Enjoy!
Comment: thanks so much for sharing... and i gave you a heart because it's been too long since anyone has given you a gift (since Christmas?)... i know it didn't cost me anything, but i hope it brings a smile to your lips just the same!
Comment: Hey Lynn:) Thanks so much for your thoughtful package. I really appreciate your kinds words. I adore the crochet kitchen thinggy. I don't know what to call it! Lol, I'll be using it as a hot pot holder. Haha. Thanks again♥
Response: Glad you liked the package! You can use the crochet item as a dishcloth, potholder, hotpad or washcloth. Whatever you want. Enjoy!
Comment: thanks so much for the handmade dishcloth- so nice of you to make me something! I love the knitting gauge as well ( I actually don't own one like that).
Response: Am glad you like the washcloth/dishcloth. I had to make it because I just love that pattern (so easy!) and pink is my favorite color. I loved the one I made for you so much I just finished one for me! Enjoy!
Comment: Thanks so much for the lovely card an d note. The weather was great here. It made me want to startl the few vegies that I plant, container planting. I really like butterflies and dragonflies. I use them in card making. Hope you have a great Easter. Hugs - Linda
Comment: Thanks so much for sharing! And I understand about having good faith in religion without church. I think of church as more of a place to go to share your faith with others and the faith itself is a personal thing. Does that make sense?
Comment: Thanks for the email.. OMG I totally forgot to say my Matt bear that was given to me by Pope John Paul.. He would totally be one of the first things I'd have with me if there was a fire.. Thanks for reminding me.. oops!
Comment: Thank you so much for all of the goodies you sent!! My son staked his claim to the snack pack! lol Thank you for the felt I was actually just thinking I needed to get some more so I can make my goddaughter a stuffie! :o)
Response: Glad you liked it. I couldn't resist the felt. Enjoy!
Comment: I read and enjoyed your questions. I was really most interested in seeing what people came up with for the extra five. I don't know about you, but I had more trouble coming up with 5 good questions than answering the other 25. Well thanks for the great insight to you and who you are. Look forward to swapping with you again. Beth
Comment: thanks for sharing your answers with me. I can't believe you read obits. I just had to write one for my mom who passed away. That was so hard. I came home and wrote my own so my boys won't have to go through it. I hope you have a great weekend.
Comment: Wow, you have been bloggin since 2006! There's loads of information about Lynn's knitting and crochet projects and her family. Interesting reading. And some good information in the first posts on the how to's of posting pictures, etc.
Comment: I got them and they are SO BEAUTIFUL!!! I've never seen a pattern like that, I can see why it's your favorite. I took your notcards and bookmarks into the post office today, sorry they're a bit late.
Comment: thanks for including photos of you and your twin brother. i just wished it was a little more personal; like maybe hand-written. but other than that it was nice to see how family remains tight even at opposite coasts.
Comment: Thanks Lynn I love it. It's my first from someone else too. I now get to enjoy it and pass it down to my kids. Good memories should always be passed down. I gave you a star for this too. You got me off of my bottom to get back into crocheting. Thank You
