Comment: Wow - your pocket letter to me arrived QUICKLY! Holy cow! I'm still waiting on one that was sent on the 22nd - I'm impressed with the mail system on your end!
I absolutely LOVE the embroidered material you sent in one of the pockets. You are so talented! I might have to try the thyme tea, just because - or maybe I'll just use it in soup! :) Thank you!
Comment: Such a cute photo of Miss Rudy on the stationery! I love that! Great story of triumph! Sometimes misfortune is the path to a better life! So glad it worked out that way for her! And I'm sure Hadley has appreciated all your support, too!Sorry for the late rating - thanks for a great letter!! :)
Comment: Thank you so much for the awesome journal you sent! I love how it's from the perspective of your cat, Clementine! Very cute and clever! I haven't read the whole thing yet, but wanted to rate as soon as I could. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of it...maybe I'll even read it aloud to my cats! :) Thanks again!
Comment: The fact that you used a component from a broken down typewriter and a photo of the typewriter and foil letters stamped from the keys was truly a great combination on the background of words.. It is pulled together very well! Thanks so much for this!
Comment: Thanks for participating in this crazy idea of a swap with me :) I'm sorry that (due to our third partner) the swap wasn't a total success, but you certainly held up your end. Let's try it again some time!
Comment: Hi Clem! Wow, you really received a lot of cool-sounding toys! I'm going to ask for some sushi mice, too. Sounds like your mom was really busy spreading the Christmas love! Meowy holidays!
Comment: I LOVE!!! the atc papers you sent! I love how diverse you were with them too! Thank you for taking the time to look at all the different possibilities to make it so that each craft piece can be unique! :)
Comment: I am only rating you because you technically did do the swap. However I found your comment somewhat inappropriate. If two throwaway sentences out of 16 paragraphs of writing that had little to nothing to do with those sentences incenses you so much, it is a good thing you are not following my blog. I am very blunt and vulgar with a sometimes awkward, "bad" sense of humor and you would have almost indefinitely been offended at some point in the future from something I had written.
I was not personally attacking you or people with disabilities. I was quoting a movie and making a throwback joke to the movie in question. But most of all I was making fun of myself as I am very prone to do. If you didn't like that post you could have commented on something else. In the three years I have had that blog I have never said that word. Not because I find it particularly offensive but because I don't use it in my normal vocabulary to the point where it is practically non existant from my speech. I understand that it is a sore spot for you, and maybe if our roles were reversed I might think so too.
Comment: WOW! How clever you are, I was floored by the ATC you created! Talk about thinking outside of the box, it would never occur to me in a million years to make an ATC with radio parts !!!! But I love it and as soon as I can I am going to add a photo to my Flickr so that people can check it out it's truly unique and I cherish it! Thank you!
Comment: Thanks for th newspaper, although I haven't seen it yet.My husband took it first,he thinks he has the right to read newpapers before the other members of the family. When a man reads the newpaper he never listen and say yes to every thing you say or ask.We women use that.
Response: Well, I don't know that he'll find a lot in the Asbury Park Press to keep him interested for long. You should get it soon!
Comment: Thanks for your ATC it's very pretty. For future swaps you should include the name of the ATC somewhere on the swap or envelope.
Response: Hmmm, I thought I'd wrapped it in a note that included the swap name. Sent a couple out that day - hope it didn't go with the wrong swap. It would have made no sense with the buttons I also sent....
Comment: Thank you for the box of goodies! I can tell there must be lots of good things in there if you took the time to wrap everything so carefully! (I did not wrap my gifts to my partner because I'm terrible at wrapping!) Also, thanks for the dishcloth, an added bonus!
Comment: Dear Andrea, Thanks so much for the awesome and beautiful hand-knitted scarf you sent me. I love it! It will be getting a lot of use, as I only have two space heaters in my house, and Starbuck's is always cold too. It is also one of my favorite colours. Best Wishes, Nathalie
Comment: THe letter was wonderful!!! I'm so glad I was officially the one you sent to--even if you didn't write it directly to me..I pretended that you did....I adored all the different things you wrote on..and you certainly do have small handwriting( and VERY east to read, I might add!) Made my letter look dull in comparison.....I will def write you a real letter back..but probably not 10 pages...lol Hug Clem for me......I would like to give you 30 HEARTS--20 Stars and a SUN and a MOON for your great and heartfelt letter......
Comment: I would love to go to a tie-dye festival, that just sounds like all sorts of awesome. Tie-dye yarn sounds awesome!!!!
I love magical girl animes. They're the best. I've never read anything by Patricia A. McKillip. is there a really good book I should start with?
Response: Lol - the tie-dye fest is really just a huge table with vats of dye set up and lots of string and rubber bands and a couple books on tie-dye patterns. Folks come and go over a week or so, but it's always fun when a couple of us get together and do our work at the same time! Any McKillip is good, but I just read The Alphabet of Thorn, and that one was awesome.
Comment: THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH! I almost cried when I opened it, you really went above and beyond. Loved the owl, loved the tote, absolutely loved the note. I don't know if I ever want to join another tote swap because this will always be my favorite! Again, thank you x infinity. This really made my day. :]
Comment: LOL - not sure about organized, but slowly learning to be. I'm hoping to make/obtain more autumn decorations for us to put around. We pulled out the little bit we had, and it's a bit pathetic. Nice to meet you. :)
