Comment: Thank you for the postcard. Mix-ups happen. I got an envelope back in my mail box because I hadn't put any postage stamps on it and my husband dropped it off like that. My mail people here know me. I was lucky they put it in my mail box instead of tossing it out.
Comment: Received your pc today and it’s interesting to read that your city is also growing fast. Our city is putting up so many more sub divisions that I can’t seem to keep up, and new restaurants, businesses, I go downtown and there is a new building up and a hotel. Sadly we are losing some of our smaller businesses though.
Thanks for the PC.
Response: I hate all the new stuff and destroying the beautiful old buildings. TY for your input :)
Comment: Thank you! & how interesting that your grandparents are from Lithuania. I just got an Ancestry DNA kit, but I am worried I'm gonna get something like 6.23% whatever--what's someone to do with useless information like that? Happy holidays!
Response: My DNA was very disappointing. Didn't learn anything out of the USA. I need to know my Luthuania connections. Hope you have better luck than mine.
Comment: Sandy, thanks so much for the ATC's you sent to me for this swap! The raven card and the two cat cards are perfect for me because I am a cat personality with a love for birds.... Wait a minute.... not to eat, just to watch them at our feeders. (I just had a vision of the 'gifts' that our cat used to bring to us and realized that she also 'loved' birds! Aaaccckkk!) These will fit nicely into my collection. Thanks again and best wishes!
Comment: Thanks for the neat card, and for the note on the coloring notepaper. I will enjoy both! Or, I might send the card uncolored to one of my granddaughters -- I haven't decided yet. Thanks again, and happy swapping.
Comment: My ATCs came today. They're very different from each other. The oldest one, the one from 2014 (Scratch Scratch Scratch) is neat because it totally evokes "cat" without being an illustration *of* a cat. "Cat About Town" looks like a fairy tale. I like the ribbon element the best for "Finicky Feline"; I'm not crazy about stickers, but the card certainly does work as a whole very well. Thank you, Sandy.~~~eta: the envelope was quite cattish, too!
Comment: Sandy, your inspiring quote PC arrived on the perfect day...following a routine leukemia ck up...great report, 5 yr remission. I'll take your quote lead and add it to others I hope to live out in 2017. Hearts and hugs to you, teal lady...hang tuff...God is in control....jinanne
Response: I thank you so much for the heartfelt comment. Keep up your good reports. Hugs, Turtlelady
Comment: Hi there~ this was supposed to be for a postcard not an entire sheet colored but to be honest I like this better and I can put it with my collection! Thank you so much--it's beautiful and I can tell you worked hard on it!
Comment: I gave you a 5 because technically you met the swap requirements. You sent 2 extra cards but all cards have a sticker covering the artist info and stating that you do not want these cards sent back to you - I feel like this is disrespectful to the artists and their art. Even worse, one of the cards was made by me and was apparently altered by someone to look different and has your sticker - this is not cool at all. How would this make you feel if someone returned your art to you this way? I understand you may have a lot going on in your life but if you could just take a little more care and thought with your swaps it would be appreciated.
Comment: Had hoped they weren't all US based, but I know it wasn't a requirement to be from other countries. However next time you send stamps, although it seemed perfectly logical to organize them on tape, it was hard to pull off, making them thin and losing some edges in the process.
Comment: Thanks! I love the purple heart that you made! I am glad that you used that new paint that you got... I love the sheen that it gave the ATC! Thanks for the embellishments too. I am sure that I will find some way to use them! Happy swapping friend!
Comment: I loved the backgrounds and coloring page(fyi i received this open on three sides and i counted and all of them are there so thankfully none fell out. I dont even know how it all got to me lol im telling you the only part that wasnt open was the bottom so it was like everything was in a little pink folder lol)
Comment: Hello again, thank you for the lovely dream catcher ATC. I love the design and your use of the crystals. I think I'd like to try to make one....this was a great idea. I wish you many fun ATC swaps and loads of happy mail spilling from your mailbox.
Response: I love working on black. You can do so many nice things with it. So glad you liked :)
Comment: Hi Sandy, thank you for the nice assortment of ATCs.I like the one that you made using the book page. It was nice of you to select one with my initial...it is cool. The Christmas themed one was a clever idea using a corrugated card as the background for Santa's log house. Thanks a million for sending in protective sleeves and for sending on time. I also appreciate the tape samples, your thoughtfulness is appreciated.
Response: Hi, I am so glad you are happy with everything. I just like to do for others as I would like my swap mail to look like :) I love making ATC's. It is so addicting :)
Comment: thanks for the pocket letter. i love your drawings and it was a lot of fun going into the pockets and discovering all of the stuff. I really liked all of the nautical and sealife charms! i will definately put all of this to good use and the actual pocket letter will go into my binder! (on a side note; take a few minutes to breath before launching so that you dont accuse the wrong person.)
Comment: Thanks so vey much for your lovely flower ATC! How very special that we have some ties to your old stomping ground. Such a small world! I will be sending out your swap from the blue and white zentangles out tomorrow. Sending from ND though.
