Comment: I just got it in the mail today!
I am going in for Surgery (colon removal)
on the 29th of January and this will totally keep me busy while I am locked down in the hospital for 10 days
Response: Thank you! Hope your surgery went well and that you are healing fast!
Comment: Although it's only a Type 1 swap it was late (and your late send included a reason - family related issues). I will still rate you a 5 because I don't know the full extent of your situation and am giving 'benefit of the doubt.'
Response: Thank you! I'm glad that you understand...my grandfather was on hospice care, and finally passed on January 1, 2013. He was having a tough time, and I'm glad that he is no longer in pain.
Comment: I enjoyed reading your email. I too have a special ornament for my loved one that has passed (my mom). She passed Dec1 and around this time makes it hard sometimes. Have a wonderful christmas and happy swapping!
Response: Thank you for the rating and heart! The memories do help!
Comment: Thanks for your answers. I'm very sorry for your beloved ones :( I also miss my grandmother, she passed away in 2006, but I miss her very much :(
but... I would really like to wish you a Merry Christmas!
Response: Thank you for the rating! I will be dealing with another grief this year, as my grandfather is presently on hospice (and has been given a timeframe of 2 weeks to 2 months). Merry Christmas to you as well!
Comment: I don't know who Kristina Snow is (as I've never read Crank), but it was a very pretty letter with some good advice! Thank you very much!
Response: Thank you! She is the main character from the book "Crank" by Ellen Hopkins. It is a really good book, and it has 2 sequels. I am currently reading the third, along with her other YA novels. I highly recommend them.
