Comment: Great ideas, especially the one about putting a box of ornaments together for your kids. My mother in law used to buy all of us (kids included) an ornament every year when she was alive. Your list reminded me that I should keep up the tradition.

It is almost like belonging to a book club. I have read all of the Jennifer Chiaverini books and like all of them except the one that couldn't decide if it was a cookbook or a short story at best. And what an accomplishment to finish those cable knit socks. It's so cool that your sister had a quilt in the Nashville show and that you went there together. I hope your school year will go well and that you will get your sweater done too (I think 3 rows a day is a doable amount and you won't be adding to your stress level, so that's very smart.)
