Comment: Thank you for the cards Macy! How fun to see that N card in between them. I have been getting it twice before LOL. Must be my name ;) •♥••♥•
Response: You're welcome!! Your name most certainly was why I sent the "N" card. LOL. We have a saying that "The third time is the charm" so hopefully you've got a swap or a friend you can send it on for!!
Comment: Thank you for the Car Travel postcard- I’m a roadtripper so it suits me perfectly! Best of luck on your writing and healthy goals... and have fun playing board games (I love board games!). Happy Valentines Day and Happy Swapping
Response: You're very welcome. I knew it was the perfect card for you as soon as I read your profile! I'm made minimal progress on my writing. Boo! happy Valentine's day & swapping to you, too!
Comment: I enjoyed your notecard and tea! Thanks for sharing about your life. I do like the note card you picked of flowers. I am sorry that you can't have some around for allergic reasons. I liked the quote too!
Response: You're welcome! I'm glad you enjoyed what I sent!!
Comment: Thank you so much for the cute card and stickers. Sadly, Sue Grafton always said that she wouldn't use a ghost writer (she was ill for some time) and she didn't want her books made into tv/movies. So sadly, our alphabet books will end with Y :(
Comment: Finally i found that was you! :) I didnt find a note in the envelope and i didnt knew from which swap was. Thanks so much for send them in an envelope!!! I love everything! Have a sweet new month!
Response: You're welcome. Sorry about the note. I found it on my desk at work after I'd already sent the swap. I thought I'd sent you a message to let you know. I'm glad you liked it!!
Comment: Woo Hoo! The 14 survived!! Thanks for that. We lived in Cary from 1998-2001, just off the Cary Parkway in a tiny little subdivision called Evergreen. Now we're exactly 4 miles from that little house in a big one with garage space for 4 cars instead of 1. Thanks for the card and yellow 14 Girlie!
Response: Woo hoo! I'm so glad the yellow 14 survived. It sure is a small world.
Comment: Thank you, Macy. I appreciate your sending in an envie. Love both the Mariner's museum card and the thoughtful extra camel with the cute stickers. Reminds me of a little ditty by Ogden Nash. "The camel has a single hump; The dromedary, two; Or else the other way around. I'm never sure. Are you?" :))
Response: That's a cute little ditty. I'm glad you liked the cards! You're so very welcome!!
Comment: Thank you for the Va Beach PC. I lived in Virginia for 28 years -visited Va Beach once. Moved here after retirement in 2015.
Response: You're welcome. That's too funny!! I typically steer clear of the oceanfront unless it's the off season or I'm just there to buy postcards. I even take out of town company to Ocean View if they want to go to the beach. LOL.
Comment: Thank you for your letter. I have received the same swap partner 6 times at Christmas, so there you go. Even though you mailed this letter second, it arrived first. The Happy Mail hasn't arrived yet. It's going to be a strange week! :-)
Response: Well that's just too funny all the way around. Strange week indeed. Hopefully your happy mail has also arrive!
Comment: Thank you so much for the beautiful lighthouse PC! Houston has grown a lot since you were here. We had plans to come to Virginia last year but then Harvey came through and messed up everything so my hubby couldn't take off from work so we are still planning to come later this year.
Response: So glad you enjoyed the postcard! I can't imagine how much Houston must've changed in 20 years! I bet it's still hot as blazes in the summer though!! Virginia is definitely a nice place to visit. The mountains in the western part of the state are my favorite but the beach isn't exactly a terrible place to live. Lol. Have a good weekend!!
Comment: I just picked up you card today at the PO. Sounds like you had a nice christmas. AAA is my yearly b-day present from my mom. I also was driving an older car (died for good this year in Nov) and the plus is the best thing ever! Thanks for the cute mug stickers!
Response: I'm glad you enjoyed. Plus is the best gift ever!!!
Comment: Hi Macy! Thank you so much for the lovely B-day card and goodies! The older I get the less folks there are to receive cards from, so these swaps really make for a fun B-day month! Your B-day weekend with friends sounds great - enjoy and Happy Birthday to you as well! Hugs and Happy Swapping! ;)
Response: I'm so glad you liked it!!! You're right, less cards the older I get, too, & the swaps sure do help! Birthdays are awesome. Hugs!!
Comment: Love the PC with all the gulls. VA Beach is very different from the Oregon coast where we go when we visit OR family, but any beach is wonderful! And thanks for paying attention to my name -- we are on the same wave length in that department1 Happy new year, and happy swapping!
Comment: What a delightful letter and great goals that you've set for 2018! I especially liked your answer to the first question and how you hope to see more kindness, compassion, and positivity in the world. Thank you, too, for making the letter and envelope fun to look at with the stickers and washi tape. My daughters were super excited as well to see such a colorful envelope...and love the stickers that you included. Hope you have a great 2018 and reach the goals you've set!
Response: Wow that got there fast! I'm so glad you liked what I sent!! Happy New Year!!!
Comment: Aw, at a time when I have been receiving many swaps with only a few words on them, I gotta say I really appreciate that you took the time to write as much as you did--and I definitely enjoyed reading it all. I think that's so cool how you're able to celebrate your traditions from when you were a kid, now to your kids! I hope you and your family have a happy holiday season, Macy!
Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed what I sent!! Happy holidays to you, too!!
Comment: I love that our "real" names are similar. Also, My kids have the same age gap as yours (14 and 10) and my 10 year old still believes in Santa, though she has a more liberal understanding of him that she used to. Have a merry Christmas!
