Comment: Before I even looked inside, your envelope stood out as the most colorful and pretty one of the day! Imagine my excitement when I saw that I got some of the same beautiful washi tape you used on it! Thanks for each lovely sample.
Comment: Thank you for the fun heart tag - you did a great job and I would never have guessed it was your first time making one for a swap! I also loved the cute ladybug 🐞 stickers you sent! Happy crafting! 🙂
Comment: Thanks for hosting this swap! Thanks too for all the pretty envies in a homemade envie. I love to watch the snow fall too, but right now all we are getting is rain, rain, rain. Hugs from Alaska, Sherry
Comment: Thanks for these gorgeous PC and the extra too! I love your kitty business card and notepaper! Thanks for the homemade envie! We have a very spoiled (she doesn't think so) Dusty kitty, who rules our world. Hugs from Alaska, Sherry
Comment: Thank you for the beautiful flamingo postcard! And I've never seen that banana split stamp. I gotta figure out how to steam stamps off postcards, cuz I'm not willing to cut them up. I think all I'm lacking is patience. I'm glad it's cooled down. Bite your tongue, snow! Actually, with the climate shift, we normally don't get snow until late October or even November these past few years. Though it can then last into freaking June. I love Missouri's climate! Anyway, thank you so much.
Comment: Thank you for the resend! I don't think I've ever gotten a postcard from Missouri and I hope that you have a beautiful fall where you are. We don't have fall in Malaysia (only a wet season and a dry season) so autumn always sounds super magical to me
Comment: Hi Laura-Lynne! Thank you for the beautiful butterfly pc! I agree that I have not seen many butterflies this year - sort of scary when part of nature seems to be missing! Hugs and Happy Swapping! ;)
Comment: Thank you so much for your wonderful seashells card. Indeed I live close to the North Sea, but hey here in the Netherlands we don't have these distances as you have in the US. I love to go to the beach, especially now.
Hope your summer won't get too hot. Thank you for hosting this swap.
Comment: Thank you!!! The seller wrapped it, but I may have snuck a peek at the shipping statement. The good news is that I put it away with all my other stocking stuffers and gifts and by Christmas I'll have forgotten what I read and it will be a surprise again :-) xoxo
Comment: Thank you so mch for the "X" pc! Yes, this has been quite the year for odd weather. Just yesterday it was nearly 80 degrees and today it was just in the 50's. Sigh....I have to go outside everyday before I get dressed, and dress in layers, lol!
Comment: Hi, Thank you so much for the gifts. I can't wait to open them. The shapes are fun and I can't figure it out. lol these are the best. Also thank you for the Christmas Card. I am saving it to put up on my wall for the holidays. Happy swapping.
Comment: Laura-Lynne! AMAZING CARDS you've sent to me! Thank you so much for sending things on my wishlist- actually, all of them are from my wishlist! Surprisingly, I did not have any of those map cards! Thank for adding to my collection :)
Comment: Hello Laura -Lynne Garcia,
Thank you for the postcards U, R, E, A that you sent me as part of this swap. I am not sure what the letters spell or if there are more letters coming. Thank you for the animal postcards. Have a great day.
Comment: Thanks for this beautiful postcard! So very different than what our shores look like. Ours are all black basalt, slate and granite, with volcanic chimneys jutting out of the beaches. Hugs from Alaska, Sherry
Comment: a new MO map! and thanks for the capitol card too! I cracked up when you said you didn't really like St. Louis. I've only been by the arch so I don't know anything about the city but Hannibal does sound awesome!
Comment: Thank you, Laura Lynne. Touristy cards are not my thing but I'll pass them along. I enjoyed Liard Hot Springs on my way up the Al-Can highway in the 1970's. It was weird to be in that steamy water surrounded by snow!
Comment: Last week it was in the 30s all week, this week it was in the 50-60s and apparently starting today it's back to the 30s for another week. I do not like the cold, ha! But, at least in Florida we get a break. It's usually every other week, ha! I hope you stop getting ice. Pretty postcard, thanks.
Comment: Lovely postcard, and not one I had in my collection yet, thank you! And I agree, I love the cold, and the (rare) snow, but not ice. Today rhey are predicting sleet and ice to freeze up the roads :-( I plan to stay tucked in under my heated blanket binge watching Netflix, and reading...possibly enjoying an entire pot of coffee with my new white chocolate raspberry creamer!
Comment: I am so spoiled. Thank you for all the goodies. Washi, napkins, ornaments, cookie cut outs, note pad and chocolates (1st time I am eating those type of hershey kisses and girl, are they good!). I had a great time going thru everything. I cant thank you enough.
Response: You're welcome! Glad you enjoyed everything! Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Thanks for the gorgeous bird-of-prey PCs and the 2 sheets of puppy and kitty stickers! Thanks for the homemade envie too! It made my mail box vey happy! Happy New Year! Hugs from Alaska, Sherry
Comment: You did a GREAT job! All the toys have now take off! I let them open a present tonight. Those little pink balls were especially a hit! Where did you get them?! Would love to have a stash on hand. And I love the kitty ornament you sent me!!! xoxoxoxoxox
Comment: Thank you for the bird postcards. They were all new to me! I love the mallards. We have a nesting pair that comes over year to our frog pond to nest!
Response: When I lived in NJ I had a pair of mallards from the pond across the road that would nest under the bushes in my front yard. I really enjoyed seeing them :) Glad the cards were all new for you and thank you for the heart!
Comment: Wonderful German Architecture and heritage in Frankenmuth! I actually did a double take when I saw Michigan because it really looks like a German town. So cool the pride of the settlers to make their new town resemble their old town. I love it! Ps- I'll send you some snow when we finally get some! So far just light dustings here and there.
Comment: Thank you for the lovely postcard. I've never actually had a frozen grape, but I've heard they are wonderful. Recently we were introduced to a new variety of grape called a moondrop grape. If you ever see any buy them no matter the price and try them. They look bizarre but taste so incredibly sweet and are full of juice!
Comment: Dear Margo,
It is cool to hear that you love mint chocolate chip ice cream and pumpkin pie! I also love ice cream as well. But my favorite flavor would probably be vanilla. The weather in St. Louis is around 32 degrees too. But it got a lot warmer yesterday. It is so cool to learn that we are neighbors! Have a nice day and please stay warm ;-)
Comment: Hi Laura Lynne, I got your package today! LOL, I literally got Your package :) I sent you an e-mail. Thank you for the washi tape samples. I will keep my eyes out at the craft markets and send you more bus.cards for your collection. Happy Autumn swapping. We had some snow last night. To put it into perspective: we haven't had a snowfall in November since 1984. Crazy, its all gone now but it's cold out there! Take good care.
Response: Thanks for the heart :) We haven't had snow or a hard freeze yet, but it has been colder than usual. No color on the trees this year. We didn't have enough rain.
Comment: Revised, 10/26. Sorry, Laura Lynne, The rating I gave you was for another swap. Beautiful fall scene. I have never been to New England. It's on my bucket list. Your weather sounds a lot like ours here in Ohio. Not the prettiest fall, but nice and warm.
Comment: I love the card you and your cat picked out for me--I wonder how long it took to get a photo of them all keeping their caps on or it they had to do considerable photo tricks to merge them into one card??? Even from the card, one can tell each cat has its own temperament and personality, especially if you look at their eyes. The golden tabby with its golden eyes reminds me of our Jerry--he had golden eyes which our vet said is rather rare. Oh, but they are beautiful. His name came from our already having one cat, named Thomas, I suddenly thought of Tom and Jerry cartoons, so we named him Jerry and we had Tom and Jerry! They were quite a pair! My Tom lived for 19 years!
Comment: Hi Laura-Lynne! Thank you SO much for my adorable Savannah Cat pin! I've had my eye on it for a while because it sort of looks like my chihuahua girl Moo (She gets mistaken for a cat a lot lol) Anyway, I'll be putting this on my set bag so Savannah cat-Moo can always keep me company! Thanks again, and hope all is well with you! <3
Response: I thought the pin was very pretty. too! Thanks for the heart!
Comment: I love the sweet cat on this card- I guess the quote is “Have a Purrfect Chritmas.†I’ll take it:) We’ve been having 90+ weather here and nobody likes it. Thank goodness for the cool mornings and evenings— are you having them too? Happy Swapping
Response: We have had weather in the 90's with the heat index near 100 for more than a week. It is now cooling down in the early morning and evenings! Yay! Thanks for the heart!
Comment: I love the butterfly postcard! Also I enjoyed your note very much. If you ever get a chance, you should visit the butterfly pyramid at the Houston Museum of Natural Science. I love to take my grandchildren there!
Comment: I got my pkg yesterday....you were extremely generous..I may never go to the craft store again..what a fun package..all things I use, and so many..I spent a couple hours going thru it and sorting items..thank you so much..
Response: You are very welcome! Thanks for the heart!
Comment: thanks so much for the Christmas card! I plan to save it an open it on December 1. its my tradition to enjoy starting the season by opening all of my summer cards and decorating with them! thanks for decorating the outside so nicely!
Comment: Awesome! So many goodies ~ I could hardly believe it. ~ So many buttons! ~
So many tiny beads all over the place! ~ So much fun!
You deserve a dozen hearts and a couple of stars. ~~~~
I'll be sending yours this week, probably Thursday.
Response: Glad you liked it! Thanks for the heart :)
Comment: Thank you for this Letter Y postcard, Laura-Lynne! I myself am really looking forward to summer being over. . .bring on the cooler temps! But it does seem hard to believe that AUGUST is almost over. I had so many books I had hoped to read this month, and it's now looking like I won't be able to get to them all. :-( But apart from that niggling little detail ("So many books, so little time"!), it's been a good month. My Max (my dog) is finally showing a new level of maturity! Hooray!!! :-) Thank you for sharing! I hope you're having a great day, too!
Comment: Thank you for a very unique and definitely vintage holiday postcard. I truly enjoy the illustrations--especially because they often have children in them. I LOVE young children so very much and wish I had more of them in my life! Thaks for joining the swaps and hope you can join the coming ones as well! Merry August Christmas!
Comment: Thank you for this U is for Umpqua River Lighthouse postcard, Laura-Lynne! That is a very pretty lighthouse. . . And it's on a river?! :-) I'm glad your weather cooled down for you. Ours is not as hot as it was a few weeks ago, but we are now in monsoon season so the humidity makes it still feel pretty miserable.Thank you for sharing!
Comment: Thank you for the great typewriter postcard! Brings back memories of when I was an older aunt's house and she let me "type" (play) on her typewriter that was fairly old fashioned and I loved the way it sounded!!
Comment: Gorgeous postcards, and the Shihtzu pc is too cute. My fav though is the kitty one that says "For 10,000. I wouldn't even get out of bed" lol!! Thanks so much for another incredible swap...ps my furry kitties send Precious good thoughts filled with Salmon and catnip â¤ï¸
Comment: Laura-Lynne, you sent spectacular cards! All beautiful animals. You could have picked these out for me instead of being a blind swap. LOVE the kitty notepaper and your envelope is decorated beautifully . . . love that fish paper and the vintage postage.
Comment: thank u for hosting such a cool swap! love how peeps think differently and have def enjoyed the different postcards coming from all over. I love the pumpkin island postcard and can only think that maybe aerially its shaped like a pumpkin? where is it?
Comment: I can't tell you how excited I am to see this swap again! So today I got an "E" from you...and a very awesome vintage elk pc it is! Received "K" and "R" today, and truly love both postcards. I'm gonna guess the word is JOKER. I guessed it! Yesterday and today (got both days mail together,) I received "o" and "j" This is by far one of my favorite swaps on the 'bot. Thanks for hosting again! I hope to see another round soon!!!
Comment: Thank you for this beautiful scenic postcard of New Jersey, Laura-Lynne! I have only been to the parts of New Jersey where it is "city-like," so I find these bucolic rural scenes fascinating! :-) Thank you so much for sharing!
Comment: Wow! All the papers you sent are great! I love the variety, not to mention the quantity! The stamps you sent along were a wonderful surprise! Thank you so much for such a lovely package. I'm going to use so much of it on the scrapbook I'm working on now.
Response: Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the heart!
Comment: Thank you for this very pretty postcard featuring the West Quoddy Light, Laura-Lynne! That's neat that Maine is your favorite state. I have been to Maine, but only once, and that was when I was maybe 10 years old. I remember trees! :-) Thank you for sharing!
Comment: Hi Laura! Hurray for spring! Thunderstorms right now is getting frequent in my country. I guess the rainy season is about to start. I hate rainy days. Thank you for the nice postcard, regards!
Comment: Thank you for the postcards, Laura-Lynne! I am especially in love with the Grizzly Bear. :-) And the bonus dog postcards are wonderful, too! All of these PCs are great! :-) Thank you so much for sharing!
Comment: Hello Laura-Lynne! I wondered what kind of dog PC I would receive from a handle named "Margothecat" lol! Thank you for filling my mailbox with four fluffy Westies! and puppies at that! I like cats too, but dogs have always been my true friends. I enjoyed your kind words and the sweet image. Many thanks!
Comment: How nice to hear from you again! Sad to hear about Margo =( We lost Oliver less than a year ago almost as quick... He lost weight more slowly, but when he started to actually get sick it was very quick. That was just half a year after we finally lost Figaro to his illness, and I'm very glad I found a kitten to keep me occupied just two days later, I was about to lose it COMPLETELY. Figaro had been with me for such a long time, and was a huge part of my days. Keeping up with a kitten though... nothing keeps you busy like that! No time to sit and ponder about your old friend when your new one is exploring a not-so-very-kitten-safe home. Good grief, I'd forgotten how it was to have one of those itsy bitsy bundles of energy around. Thankfully he also gives a lot of love, he is monkey by day and teddy bear by night, he wants to be held tight with my nose in his neck fur.
My health is "ok", this winter has been better than usual, so I'm not going into summer feeling like I've been run over by a bus. I just hope we get some real heat this year, the last two summers have sucked beyond belief. Global warming must have skipped us. Got 10cm of fresh snow on Monday! Nnnnnngh! Do not want!
Comment: Thank you so much firstly for hosting this swap which was super fun and then for your amazingly beautiful card. WOW! I love the sweet giraffe and the colors and textures you used on the card- really nice work!!
Comment: Thank you for the Shih Tzu postcard! I too sent my partner a dog postcard. I LOVE dogs! As far as I can recall, I used to have an aunt (great-aunt? maybe a cousin?) who had Shih Tzu dogs. They are fun, but I can see how caring for one could be taxing because of the hair-care! :-) Thank you for sharing!
Comment: Thank you for the beautiful buck postcard! My husband, Dad, and two of my older kids all hunt, and we eat deer as our red meat almost exclusively. I know they would all like to encounter one with a rack like this!!!
Comment: Laura-Lynne, thank you for the lovely cards you chose for me! All the cards are really gorgeous. I can't decide if I like the hummingbird or the kitty the most! I loved the paper you used to create the envelope, too!
Comment: I'm guessing "GRAPE". Oh, wait, I just read your notes, ha! I guess I would have had guessed sooner if I read your hints on the way instead of waiting until the end. I had just looked to see what letter it was for. Still a fun game, thanks!
Response: Yes - it was grapes! Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the heart!
Comment: Belated thank you for the charming Ozarks instruments card -- I am reminded of learning John Jacob Niles songs in undergraduate :) -- and for sharing your wonderful musical background with me, Laura-Lynne! How fortunate you are to be skilled in more than one instrument; I would love to have more than basic piano proficiency skills. Hope you are well! ♥
Comment: Hi Laura-Lynne! TY for the lovely pc - we have not made much snow here, same as you all - although Mother Nature can keep the ice!! Yikes! I am good if we have warmer nice weather now and for the rest of the year! LOL! Can you tell I am not into cold and snow? I sure do love waterfalls though - great swap! Hugs and Happy Swapping! ;)
Comment: I got your package today and absolutely loved it! Thanks for passing along all of these lovely goodies from your stash. They will be put to good use. My mom already snatched the buttons and my husband took the colored pencils for his "manly" adult coloring book LOL (he thinks his jungle animal adult color-by-number book is manly but who am I to tell him it's not?? hehe)
Response: Glad you all enjoyed what I sent! Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Thanks for the funny postcard 😋 I would definitely like some cooler weather here but preferably something in between our two extremes like 40s and 50s would be amazing. Have a great weekend, Nathan
Comment: Thanks for the stocking stuffer! I am saving until Christmas although it is hard in January to wait!
Response: It is hard! I put mine in a fancy gift bag and stick it in the closet so I am less tempted......but it was SO much fun to open all of my gifts this Christmas! Thanks for participating and thanks for the heart!
Comment: Oh what a delightful package I got. I had to open it tonight (I got home earlier this evening). The coasters, napkins I can all use tomorrow! The recipe cards are lovely. And I cant wait to try some of those recipes. I already placed my basket and pens on my pen paling desk. You did a great job! Thank-you so very much.

Just waiting on my hens to finish laying, and we are baking after we collect eggs! Wishing you a Merry Christmas, and a happy new year!
Comment: Thank you - waiting for Christmas to open! **Adding a heart*** Wow - if I could add 10 hearts, I would! I love everything! Thank you for thinking of my cats, and including cat treats! I love the chocolate, too! My hips don't, but what do they know? :)
Comment: Hi Laura-Lynne! Thank you for the lovely winter cards! Winter is my favorite season, too, but we're definitely in the minority ;+) LOVE the Vermont card--it's my favorite and I love love love the washi card you created. . . that's some beaautiful tape!
Comment: Hi Laura-Lynne! Love the Mt. Rainier pc - it bought back fun memories! I am not ready for this colder weather but it is Nov, so... LOL! Wishing you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving! Hugs and Happy Swapping! ;)
Comment: Stocking stuffers have arrived and they are stuffed into the stocking....less than 60 days until Christmas!
Update: thank you for awesome rainbow ink pads! I don't have either style, perfect choice!
Comment: Thanks for the NYC PC. I've only been through there once, but wasn't able to stop to see any of the womderful sights, unfortunately. Hopefully another day...visiting the Statue of Liberty is one of the top things on my bucket list!
Thank you for the fun recipe for Muffalatta. A nice addition to my collection. Sorry for the late reply, I have been out of town for a couple of weeks attending postcard shows.
Enjoy the day! Demaris
Comment: Thank you for the great Washington DC zoo card. So adorable!! Your birthday twin's job sounds amazing. I always wish I had studied math harder so I could have a job like that! I hope she's able to get some of her photos published. :-)
Comment: Thank you for the awesome Kartchner pc with the ground sloth on it! I'd never seen one of those before, or heard of the park. My spouse and I love to see state parks, so we'll have to add it to our list in case we are ever in Arizona!
Comment: Laura-Lynne, than you for the postcards of the Assateague Island, horses. I have never seen these wild horses but have seen the ones on Shackleford Island, NC. They are really stunning. Shirley
Comment: Thanks for the cupcake PC 😋 I think I might have sent the exact same one to my partner. It's making me hungry when I should be going to sleep. I mostly enjoy eating the cupcakes but I will bake on the rare occasion too. Have a great day, Nathan
Comment: Thanks for the "H"ouse card, Laura-Lynne! With your picking up apples, do I see pie-making in your future? Yummy! Hubby and I were in NY along the Hudson River last month and it was so hot and humid I could hardly stand it. We drove thru Ulster Co. where my Dutch ancestors settled in the 1600's and there were apple orchards galore. thanks again, Carol
Comment: Hi! Thank you for my gift. I've placed it with the others to be opened in December. The snowman tag is just beautiful. Did you make the other snowman that was on the envelope? Simply awesome. I will definitely be repurposing those next year. 🙂
Comment: Thanks for the map pc of Missouri. My dad was born in Tarkio, MO. But then his family moved, so we actually know nobody in MO. Thanks for the postcard; sorry your summer is so hot & humid. We just got back from CO and I wish we lived in a dry state like that! It's humid here (WI), too, but I'll bet MO is more humid. Good luck, and happy swapping!
Comment: Package received! Thank you for the gifts and the Christmas stickers. The gifts are tucked away until Christmas.
UPDATE: Thank you for the "There's no place like home" stamp...I love it! The mini color brush and postcards were great too!! Happy 2017 to you!!
Comment: Thanks for the nicely wrapped package and the nice card. I'm actually saving up my stocking stuffer swaps until December! (At least that's the plan lol). I love the photo of Precious~I can't believe she lets you put clothes on her! My mom's dog loves wearing dresses, shirts, ANYTHING really. She goes crazy when you show her one of her dresses; it's so funny. My dog, on the other hand, gives me a look that says, "I may never forgive this demeaning act you have perpetrated by swathing me so; I will now avoid eye contact and withhold all affection until the offending item is removed." I kind of figured cats would have a similar temperament, but I guess not!
Response: ROTFLOL!!! Some dogs and cats are fine with clothing, and others, well....... My previous cat, Margo, had no problem with clothing, either. Precious has her own wardrobe and she is only a year old! Thanks for the heart! I am saving my prezzies until Christmas eve, too! I have them in a stocking in the back of my closet! Have a great weekend!
Comment: OMG! I am overwhelmed by your generosity with this swap! I LOVE the cookbook and it's exactly what I was hoping for. I collect community cookbooks and this one is great. I like the the ones that name the place that they are from AND the year published. Yours has both! Oh my goodness! The Washi tape! I could start my own Washi Train will all of it! I was looking for some Shamrock tape ... thank you all the wonderful samples! Your swap deserves 1,000 hearts at least! Happy Swapping! Valerie
Comment: I can not explain to you how happy your package made me. Thank you sooooo much for everything. It was all so perfect. There are many washi tape samples!!! I am so obsessed with it right now so it will all go to good use. I LOVE the stamps and dog postcards! I might even frame one of the postcards. They are just so cute! I wish I could give you more hearts to express how happy I am.
Response: I'm so glad you like everything! Have a great evening!
Comment: Thanks so much for the beautiful card and for the recipe. I was hoping to have time to make it with my grandson (aged 2 1/2) but didn't have time. Will save the recipe for another time though. :-)
Comment: Thank you for the Christmas card and all the postcards! My favorite is the map and Laura Ingalls Wilder home! I always wish I could visit any of her homes or towns. I did visit a museum in South Dakota that had a lot of Carrie information when I was a kid.
Comment: Great card. Sorry for the delay in response. Fortunately, I live just north of where all the ice damage was in Oklahoma. My brother had no power for a few days and trees in parts of the state were absolutely ravaged. I love snow, but I hate that we get these ice storms.
Comment: Thank you so much for your awesome swap! I love to much the old fashion card that you sent me. Thank you also for sharing a wonderful cookie recipe from your childhood. That was so thoughtful of you and I am really touched that you would share such a tender moment in your childhood Christmas. Thank you again for everything, I would give you 1000 hearts if I could =D.
Comment: Thank you, Laura-Lynne, for the Christmas Card. I really liked this style when I opened the envelope, and the Bible verse reminding us of our Savior's birth. The lettering and chalkboard style was beautiful. Thank you also for the recipe and story behind it that you shared. Family traditions are sweet, and I will definitely try these cookies this Christmas season! Have a beautiful holiday season and end-of-year!
Comment: Thank you for your lovely Christmas card. I love the recipe you have added. I was baking tonight some Christmas cakes for a Christmas fair I'm organizing this weekend. I want to try your Brown edge cookies as well. Happy holiday season!
Comment: Love the card, postcards, and words! It really touched my heart! Thank you for sending your card! I too am a vintage postcard collector, as I guess you know. You will have to tell me about your collection. Is there a place on the internet where I can see them?
Comment: Got package in Today's mail-- Can't wait to open it but I will.... :D

Comment: Oh, yes, it was my lucky day. Thank you for the pretty tapes and sending me some extras of your newest ones! You needed have worried that I have all your tapes - I ONLY had 1 of your 13 designs! I'm telling you, this washi design business is endless - LOL! P.S. I loved the card you wrote your note in.
Comment: Really enjoyed your card and atc's. Absolutely great. Very nice. The watercolor atc backs from Etsy were very thoughtful of you and such a nice birthday gift. I will be using them soon. I really enjoyed your swap. Enjoy September and Happy Swapping!
Response: I'm really glad you liked the ATC backs! I have gotten different ones from that company and have been happy with them. Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Thank you for the lovely samples and the extra ones too! Really happy with the length this time as I didn't have the designs you sent! How can this be possible after we've all swapped samples so many times lol!
Comment: Thank you so much for all the tapes, and for sharing some of your most favorite postal tape (it is really cool, and each image could be the focal of something arty). I enjoyed your letter too! :)
Comment: I got your thrift swap package today and love everything you sent. My grandson will be thrilled with the toy cars. I was totally amzed by the old postcards. I grew up in Clearwater in the 60's so I recognized that one right away. What a great collection. The necklace is fun and I will probably use the beads from it at some point. Thanks again. Great package!
Comment: Thanks so much for the recipes<3 I am not a big fan of the sweet potatoes for some reason :/ but I'm looking forward to making it for other family members! & I have seen the idea of making the chocolate cake in a mug but now have the recipe and look forward to trying it. Thanks for the recipes!
Comment: *:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧ ummm...Sweet Potatoes...And another 'Chocolate Cake in a Mug' lover!. Bother recipes look delish and can't wait to try them. Have to find some sweet potatoes now... Thanks for the recipes!*:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧
Comment: Thank you for the great variety of postcards!! My favorites include the vintage cactus and Ozark pc's (my mom grew up in the Ozarks), the little beagle, the California map, Air France, and the pc with the little badges for Seattle, Hawaii, San Francisco, and New York. Of course, I LOVE all the vintage pc's with writing on back (including some of the ones I just listed as favorites!). And it's interesting to read some of the pc's that came from swapping -- though it makes me feel a little like I'm spying on those who sent. ;-) Thanks again for sending such a great, profile-specific variety of cards (I also loved your kitty notecard)... and thank you, too, for the extra washi tape!!! All in all, a terrific swap! :-)
Response: Glad you liked the cards! Thanks for the heart
Comment: I'm sorry I won't be able to make it for the opening day of bull frog season - as I'll be on a birthday bike ride - LOL! I loved your solid tapes, and the pretty card. Those chairs look so inviting to step in and have a visit with a friend (you!) :)
Comment: Thank you so much for sharing a few extra of your favorites. That means a lot to me. I hope your AC is up and running for your road trip? How fun. I love day trips. Especially when Cracker Barrel is involved. LOL. My hubby just told me that his AC in his car is blowing warm. Ugh. I agree, way too warm to be without it. We are headed to Kentucky next week to visit our son. And my daughter heads off to college at the end of July so we will be taking a short family trip in between then as well. This is going to be a whole different September for me. Wish me luck. LOL. No kids at home. I hope you guys found some fun stuff at the thrift shop. I will be checking out a couple when we visit our son.
Comment: Oh what fun! I really enjoyed reading your answers, your tape decor, and the washi tape that you included!! :) I even went to the Etsy seller you liked (LaZoie), but did not buy anything...good willpower, eh? LOL!
Comment: Thank you for all the wonderful tape with extras too - I had none of your stripes - amazing, eh? :) P.S. I loved the flowery "made in the USA" notecard you sent the tapes in too, and your new verse to the John Denver song ;).
Comment: Thank you for the washi! YES yellow is hard to find. I signed up for this swap and then i was like oh my goodness- i dont own yellow! lol. I ended up going to michaels and getting some cute stuff. But I have gotten some off etsy and then local stores. Ty again!!
Comment: Great idea using that type notecard:) and I sure like the presents. All the tapes are new to me and you were so generous in your bonus you tucked in. Always happy to send LLG and your zip in my mailbox:)

Comment: Thank you Laura-Lynne for the Valentine hearts card you sent to me for the swap. And special thanks for the extra's - Valentine themed washi tapes! Best of all - gentle hug for sharing with me the photo of your cat Margo (who wonders if I will send her snacks package from Florida?) Sorry, the fans I have aren't large enough to blow warm winds from the Bahamas where our summer - like "winter weather" comes from. - Kathy
Comment: Thank you for the pretty pink washi!! It is all new to my collection!! Do you happen to remember where you got the one that is solid pink with little white doodles on it? I know that is vague. But I want more!
Comment: Thank you for sharing samples of all your xmas washi tape. I have not seen these in my stores. Such neat varieties. Love the wide postal tape on the back envie. and the cute message you created to me with the tape on the front. Hugs!
Comment: Your washi tapes are so wonderful and unique to me! Love all the awesome designs! On a sad note though, the measuring tape one would not come off the paper very easily. Just not a slick enough surface so you may want to consider something else to stick them on in the future.
Comment: Thanks for taking the time to write on a postcard, throw a stamp on it and mail it and sharing your savings with me. It was a cute postcard. I saved a little. Thanks for creating the swap so it would encourage us to save,

Comment: Just got your note. Thank you, in advance.
Update: Just picked up the tape. Thank you so much. I've been eyeing those ones for a while. There is so much of the date tape, I don't have to worry about using it and running out.

Comment: Thank you for the lovely cat notecards that you sent me, Laura-Lynne! These are so different than any I've received, so I look forward to using them for the perfect swap! :) How is your container garden doing? My parents did one for the first time this year, and they planted all different peppers, squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, lemons, limes and cilantro. I'm enjoying the fruits of THEIR labor but plan to do my own next year!!
Comment: What an AWESOME de-stash! First of all, the envelope smelled a combination of all the tea, and it was actually quite nice. I'm going to try the pineapple strawberry tomorrow at work. You sent me lots of colorful things, which I love - more than the swap called for. I am definitely going to have fun using all of these wonderful items. Thank you again, and more hearts in thought to you!
Comment: Thank you for fun kitty mail! The cards you included and wrote it, are great! LOL about the A/C, but I know what you mean. Unfortunately for us, we don't have A/C in our current rental, but we may soon get a portable unit of some sort.
Comment: Wow!!! You are quick. Mine should be there in a day or two. I love the ones you sent. The one about the husband not being able to see things just about sums up my husband. Most all of the ones were ones I know I had written down!! I can't thank you enough!!
Comment: Laura-Lynne ~ What a great selections of PCs!! I always love having you as a partner ;-) Although I love al of them, I especially like the Little Super Market PC - so very interesting to see it's evolution and how great that it's still there!! Thanks again for the great PCs and hope you're not getting hit with the horrible weather out that way ~~ Take care and stay safe ~~

Response: I'm so glad they like the toys! Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Laura-Lynne...Thank you for the wonderful stuffed package of inspiring goodies...I have used several items already and the foam stickers were a hit when my grands were here to stay while their parents had the flu (many hours of entertainment for them crafting :)...Hugs to you during this time of loss my friend!!...Charlene
Comment: Love it! 'Moberly Mo' I thought was a little made up name and then I realized it was a place. I love the ring it has to it! Rolls right off the tongue. I like how you made it office themed. Thank you for all the extra little ATC papers!

Comment: Thank you! Your sleep cookies are my meringues and winter is a great time to make them because humidity is not good for them. Also mini-chips or add cocoa. I will try your walnut thins - they look like our kind of nutty cookie and I have some black walnuts in the freezer that would be great in these.
Comment: I am so thrilled that you decided to host this swap, what a wonderful idea. We're getting so many great sounding recipes. Of yours I'm going to try the Brownie Cookies and Russian Tea Cakes for my annual Christmas Open House this year. I wish I could do them all but there just isn't time for that.
Response: Glad you will be making the Russian Tea Cakes - you will love them especially! Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Laura-Lynne...THANKS for the adorable collaged trinket box:) I really like the theme. I tried doing a wooden box once and it was hard so I know the time and effort you put into this swap!! Blessings...Charlene
