Comment: I love your board! That first photo (flip with headband) is the same hairstyle I had in 4th-6th grade (about 1966-1968). And we had a turquoise princess phone, my brother had a banana seat bike and I loved jacks and That Girl! Thanks for sharing!
Comment: Love your board - so many lovely images! I love the man in the suit, too. And it's funny - at least where I lived in the late 1960s and early 1970s, the saddle shoe made a temporary resurgence. I remember wanting them so bad because everyone else had them - I think my mom knew they would just be a short fad because she wouldn't get them for me (much the same way I wouldn't spend a fortune on Nike Airs for my son when they were really popular). Thanks for sharing!
Comment: Thanks for sharing. Like me, you answered the questions whether or not you would want to do that activity. Very sweet of you to consider your boyfriend's feelings when it comes to drinking. Telling your boss off...lol, we've all been there. Dress shopping... Tissue alert!!!
Comment: Hi! Thanks so much for sharing with me and I am so sorry about your Mom. That is a tough thing for you and her. My heart goes out to you and your family. My hubby had a bout with cancer last year and it is always something that nags in the back of my mind as to if he really is "cured" or will have to deal with it again at some point. Wishing you all the best! Big Hugs and Happy Swapping! ;)
Comment: Thanks for the awesome birthday goodies!
I figured out why I didn't receive this before--it was sent to my old address and since it was addressed to my screen name instead of my real name the post office didn't forward it. My dad just got back into town and gave it to me so it had probably been sitting at his house for a while. Mystery solved!
Comment: Thanks for sharing. I hope you may have the courage to one day say what you need to say, but from how it sounds, you never will need to say it. After I sent out my cards I actually went to the person and told them what I had been meaning to say to them. I'm so happy you met the man of your dreams! Thanks for joining and happy swapping :)
Comment: Thanks for the list! There are some interesting sounding books there that I will have to check out. If you would like to check out my book log blog, the address is:http://bobbiesbooklog.blogspot.com/
Happy reading and swapping!

Comment: I love that you looked so deep into each song and came up with such awesome meanings! I will probably look up alot of these songs also! They seem to be in my genre! Also Life is Beautiful is an awesome song!
Comment: Thanks for the awesome photo links! Funny, you could so be my daughter! The stuff you showed me is VERY much like what I was like in my late teens, early 20's (before I got married). Maybe that's why we get along? ;)
Comment: Liz, your package arrived today and WOW! I love everything. Thank you so much. It's worth more than one heart. The Jared address labels rock!! Thank you! I squeed when I saw those. Hee The earrings, bath salts, lip balm... everything is wonderful. Thanks for an awesome swap!
Comment: This is an amazing package--nicely done! You really captured the essence of Death, esp. the earrings! Thank you so much! (I don't know why it isn't giving me the option to assign you a heart for this, because I want to and you totally deserve it...!)
EDIT: Fixed! Heart assigned! You rule!
Comment: What a delightful letter! Thanks for a glimpse and a bit of history of your area. My nephew went to school at Transylvania and talks about how much fun it was to go to Louisville for the Derby!
Comment: Thank you for arranging this swap, Elizabeth, it was very kind of you! And thank you for bearing with my never-ending questions and queries.
Today, I received two postcards portraying the West Baden Spring, Indiana, in vintage style, with interesting descriptions. For example, I didn't realize that this hotel for a time had the world's largest free-span dome! Have you stayed there? As it happens, I've been to Wiesbaden, Germany, after which the hotel is named. I would love to try their spa water!
Thank you also for packing the cards so securely, and for the fun frog sticker. It was a pleasure swapping with you! Hugs, Keti
Comment: Elizabeth (nice we have the same name ;)), I received your letter and I just wanted to thank you for writing about your book :) I am not a fan of Motley Crue, but your narration of the book was so nice that I probably will end up reading the book! Thanx again!
Comment: I'm so in love with everything in it. Especially the skull stickers :D Aw and those cute little magnets (i allready use everything). Too bad i can't give you 5 heats at once.
Tnx a lot.
Comment: WOWIE! This dolly sent a fang-tastic package full of gorgeous Gothy items!!! I adore each item you sent, you did a wonderful job!!! I can't wait to put this stuff to good use!! Thank you so much for making my day!!! (I will post photos of all the things you sent to me in my Flickr account really soon :)
Comment: WOW! What an utterly amazing package! Thank you soooo much, I had the most fun opening everything and going through it all, and I could definitely tell you catered to me (a pack of Sharpies?! The BEST!)!! Thank you so much, again!
Comment: Everything is so cute! The little roller stamp and Bobdog brings back memories of when I was a kid! :D The silly cat face card and the "gum" lead holder is hilarious!! Thank you!! I'm totally in love with the little goth girl on the memo sheet too. ^^
Comment: What a perfect vegan package! The cookie made my day, I ate it right away and realized that I haven't had such a good one in months! I LOVE Larabars (I was a raw foodie for awhile) and we have the same exact taste in Thai and Arab takeout! Bon Appetit!
