Comment: Thankyou for the lovely ATCs and for the papers. I've never tried tomato sauce but I once made 10 litres of sweet chilli sauce. A word of warning chilli oil can get through plastic gloves - don't rub your face - yow! A "from the garden" recipe swap might be a good idea.
