Comment: I LOVE your card. This was one of those projects I had a tough time with as well. I seriously think it'd be a bit easier if there was one theme as opposed to going to town, but it was a fun learning curve!
Response: Thank you! A themed card would be a lot of fun!
Comment: You always send the *best* envelopes! Your blindfolded art is lovely, I can only assume you did NOT cut the dancing folks out blindfolded :P Every time I have tried to collage something for this challenge it ends up... not even a little bit on the paper I am trying to work on. So hats off to you. Thanks for playing (:
Response: Thanks :) I cut out the dancing folks before, haha. It was some random picture in my stash. I almost glued the wrong side down, though! I recorded myself doing this challenge and I'm going to be posting it to my YouTube channel soon! I'll let you know so you can get a peek at the process :)
Comment: Enjoyed your zine & all the cool extras. Thank you for sharing your journey! I was born in Providence RI, but left when I was 7 and have been packing up & moving on ever since, so it was fun hearing about my native place thru your eyes. I'm new to zines and am inspired by your colorful creativity. The extras are all just the kind of thing I like -- thank you again!
Response: I'm happy to hear you enjoyed everything :) What a fun coincidence that you are from RI!
Comment: I love your zine. Right after we got married we migrated from Seattle to San Diego (and next year, we're planning to migrate up to Portland) I am really thinking I need to make a zine of the trip down and the culture shock. Because reading your experience was awesome. I hope you do make zines for your other moves as well :D
Response: Thanks! I hope you make a zine for your moves :) It's a fun way to document them!
Comment: This is hands down one of the coolest pieces of mail art I've ever received! I'm not great with collage by any means, but this is inspiring to say the least. Thank you! Oh and on a random note, I just bought shaving cream and food coloring to dye some paper for ATCs. Thank you again! ^____^
Response: Ah! Thank you so much :) I'm happy you enjoyed the flipbook! If you're curious, I filmed a lil process video for the flipbook - https://youtu.be/BoUFBa2fW4g. I hope you try out the paper marbling soon!! It's addicting
Comment: This envelope was such a delight to receive in the mail! The flip book is amazing. I was stoked to receive some of the tiny earthworm stickers because I had some previously and used all mine. I love the PC's and I can't wait to read your zine. Thank you for such a lovely envelope of goodies. I hope our paths cross again.
Response: Thank you for the rating! I'm happy you enjoyed everything :)
Comment: Thank you so much for the lovely letter, pictures, and all the goodies you sent me!
I love the way your mailbox is situated in an old elevator, it looks like it's an absolute treat to pick up your mail :)
I hope there will be many good mail days for you for years to come :)
Have a great day, lovely! xox
Comment: LOVE the postcard from Hotel del Coronado that you sent... memories of our stay on the strand (at the Loews) a few years back... what a lovely place for a vacation! (Sorry for the delay in rating... we were out of town.)
Comment: Dear Tara, I just received your envelope today. It is quite fun with all those stamps and collages. I really like all the goodies you sent me. I do collect scrapping that I later use in my projects... My only problem is that sometimes I don't use them and I just save them... LOL!
Response: I am glad you finally received the envelope! I have the same problem hoarding supplies, haha :) Thanks for the rating!
Comment: Thanks so much! I love that they're handmade. I wish I could afford a button maker. :/ I especially love the sign language A. Both my little sister & I have always wanted to learn sign language. We know quite a bit, but neither of us are anywhere near being fluent. :)
Response: That arrived fast! I am so glad you liked the buttons :) I love sign language, too and would love to learn it.
Comment: I really love this view of Las Vegas PC! I can't believe you would like to live somewhere else!? I live in such a small town where there is nothing to do and would love to be in Vegas! Thanks for the PC! :]
Response: Good to hear you like the postcard! To be honest, there is not much to do in Vegas! I stay at home most days, haha :)
Comment: What a neat piece of mail art! It was fun to see how you put all the elements together-- the map background and collage, the lovely stamps, and the picture of D.B. Cooper. I was tickled that I actually knew who that was. ;D
I also loved the postcards of Tombstone, AZ and would like to visit there someday. The owl stickers and ephemera will come in very handy for future mail art projects. Thank you very much! :)
Response: Thanks for the rating & heart! Good to hear you enjoyed everything :)

Comment: Hello Tara, Many thanks for the pin badges they arrived a few minutes ago, how kind of you to look at my profile and custom make the pins for me. Happy swapping maybe our paths will cross again some time with swap-bot, kind regards Barbara
Comment: Tara: I love the mix. Several people I hadn't heard of before. Hey, I was going to ask you, have you seen the documentary movie about the lead singer for Gogol Bordello? You should! It's charming! Best to you.
Response: Hey! I actually just bought that movie! It was very nifty, I love the way he talks, haha. It got me very interested in gypsy culture/music.
Comment: Aw, thank you so much for the goodies and the 3 photos!! I love the sticky paper, I bought some a while back in different patterns and have wanted more ever since then! :] We seem to have a lot in common, if you're ever interested, we should do a private swap!
Response: Hey! Glad you liked everything and I'd always be down with a private swap :) Just let me know.
