Response: Guess what...still raining!!! I'm gonna turn into a zombie soon. We're breaking all kinds of rain records this year! I grew up in NY, and we'd camp in the Catskills during the summers. I still love camping...and no matter what, it always rains when you go camping! LOL
Response: You're welcome! Oddly enough, even though I live in PA, I'm right down the road from NJ. We have a Jersey rest area about 2 miles away.
Response: You're welcome! I'm glad you like them!!
Response: You're welcome! I'm glad you like them! I'm known to use my pc's as book marks too. I've started cutting up boxes to make bookmarks, usually cereal boxes from my daughter as they have cartoons.
Response: You're welcome!!
Response: You're welcome!
Response: I look forward to your letter!
Response: LOL! If I'm in reading mode, I can average a novel a day. My daughter reads a full length novel in about 2-3 hours. I was the fast one until her, lmao! I didn't really read much last 2 months. I had a concussion and lots of headaches, so now I'm trying to make up for lost time. I'm thinking I'm not finishing my list, but I'll try!! ;-) Happy reading!!
Response: Oh my gosh, that sounds horrible! I went with ancestry because they've had the most people tested in the areas I've tracked my ancestry, so I figured it'd be the most accurate. I already have family from both sides that have done their DNA on ancestry, so I figured if I wanted to make a GEDCOM and then put it on other sites later, I could. I've been wracking my mind as my uncle's shows he has a percentage of Europe West, which would mean a his great grandparent would have been full blooded from that area. I have traced that side back further than that, and I have Wales, Sweden, England, Norway, Finland. Everyone accounted for, so now I'm like...hmm, someone in my family needed to be on Maury to find out who is "not the father". I've been going out of my head trying to figure it out. So either someone was cheated on, or married to help a pregnant ancestor who needed a husband. There is no one I have found at all from that area. Oi! It'll drive you nuts...lol
Response: I hope you like them! This was a fun pc swap, because it made me really go through to find cards that I could use! I figured if you had me for two swaps at the same time, you deserved some extra postcard love 😁! Thank you for the heart!!

Response: Oh yay! I'm glad you'll be trying some new teas! Irish Breakfast is my favorite. I love strong tea. Barry's Irish is my fave (they don't come wrapped). I need to stock up on some wrapped teas so I can swap more, lol. Happy Swapping!
Response: Being a New Yorker, I love Lady Liberty. Anytime we went away, I knew we were home as soon as I saw her while crossing the Verrazano. The poem was written as part of the fundraising to get her built. I always thought that was cool, and the words welcoming.

Response: I hope you all have fun skiing this coming winter!! We just had our 4th nor'easter this week. Only a foot of snow this time, so not bad at all. It's already melted. I've lived in Northern Illinois, where winters had 18 ft snow drifts and -30F weather. Then moved to the mild winters of Virginia Beach, were my jacket was pretty much what I wear in Spring here. I think I got too used to the warmer weather, as now I am tired of the snow. It's pretty, but I am looking forward to the summer!
Response: Oh good! I'm glad you liked it. I made it after the Jan swap, then I got you and was giggling bc I was following yours! lol! Yeah, I'm done with the snow (and the cold too), our wind chills are bringing us down to -25 to -35 some nights. It's funny when you think as long as it's in the single negatives, it's warm! Have a great day!
Response: You're welcome! Sometimes, I think I put way too much thought into things, lol! I'm glad I got them out early bc my surgery ended up with complications. A 2 week recovery was turned into 6 weeks! Happy Swapping!

Response: You're welcome! lol, I'm a Crayola snob. I won't buy other crayons. We live about 15 minutes from Crayola Experience down in Easton, and about 15 minutes in another direction is a Crayola factory. We're surrounded. Happy New Year!

Response: I haven't done bookcrossing before, so I decided to try it out. It seems like such a cool idea. I think I'm going to get books at my library sales, then register them and scatter them around to see where they go. I'll have to hope you can grow the seeds too. I found it at Barnes & Noble. I thought it was cool that it was eco-friendly and had the little seed shape.
