And I used "Lazy Mans Peanut Butter Cookies" 2 egg whites ~ beat until fluffy 1 cup of sugar ~ add 1 cup of peanut butter ~ fold in 1 teaspoon of vanilla ~ add 350' 8-10 min. I can't wait to try yours and the Purple Potato Salad will be a big hit this summer. I love the different recipe cards. Thanks again! Kelly
