Thanks for being a great group member. The oscars were great with the tribute and the song done by pink. Somewhere over the rainbow Judy garland is smiling!
Comment: Hi. I got your package today. Thank you so much. I really actually love scarves. I'm apparently known for it, and I didn't even realize I wore so many. The socks will come in handy when it gets cold again. And poetry! So many cool things.
Comment: Thank you so much for the cute panties!!! I especially love the cream colored lacy one with the pinkish flowers. It's lovely. :)
And the chocolates: SO HEAVENLY!
Thank you for being an excellent swap partner. If you're ever interested in doing private swaps, for anything, feel free to let me know. I think we're kinda on the same level of "swap-bot awesomeness", as far as the effort and care we put into our swaps. Haha. :)
I would love to add a little sunshine to your day. Maybe an earring swap or something?
Ah well, I'll stop talking now. Hahaha.
Have a wonderful day, and thanks again!
Response: I hesitated on the cream ones but was afraid I got too much purple! (If there is such a thing) I may check back with you after the holidays for private swaps in the meantime dont hesitate to remind me Take care!!!
Comment: Vicki just love your dedication to your craft and can see how this movie has so influenced you. The group is still new and it does seem like just us but I kinda like it! Thanks for sharing I loved reading it! And yes, the paper does remind me of the yellow brick road!

Comment: Thank you so much for the beautiful postcard. I also enjoy the other version you speak of. Sorry I just now rated, back from Colorado about 3 this morning and just picked up my mail. I did enjoy many rainbows in the mountains while there. Hugs, Mona
Comment: The Wizard of Oz and all its various adaptations has also been a favorite of mine. Part of the reason I missed the deadline last week was because we were in Indiana for my daughters birthday to see the musical Wicked. We drove from Ga.I love that you cast Johnny Depp as the Scarecrow. He would make a fantastic Scarecrow.
Comment: Nurse Vicki *bows down* I only hope I can pass my classes and get into a masters program by the end of 2013 *crosses fingers* I had to take a CNA course for a pre-req for two schools I am applying to. Any tips on passing the test? :)
Response: relax take it easy and dont second guess yourself stick with your first instinct
Comment: YAY!!! Thanks for making my page so colourful with your gorgeous Autumn picture. You are right, it is not autumn here, we are getting nearer to summer, but I love the colours of the leaves in autumn. Have a great day!
Comment: Love a couple of yours!!! Made me chuckle.
If I was a piece of furniture, I’d be a love seat. (Possibly see lots
of action lol)
If I was a sound, I’d be the sound of bacon frying which makes
everyone hungry and happy
Comment: Thanks so much for the funny poem. Also, I didn't know Garbage Pail Kids still existed!
Response: I saw them at the dollar store and thought they were the most appropriate valentine candy for this sort of swap and the poem was made upwith inspiration of one my fave songs Glad you liked wished I more crafty in the display though
Comment: Great postcard of Puget Sound! Reminds me of our trip there a few years ago. Had a wonderful dinner at Ray's Boathouse at sunset that we'll never forget! I do appreciate your efforts & love the card you sent... thanks!
Response: glad you liked though it wasnt a lighthouse as that is what the swap was for but there are no lighthouses in washington state and i even looked at antique stores hoping to find a recycled one
Comment: OMG - your note made me laugh! Loved your song selection - classics in my book! Love Good Vibrations and Summer in the City! My fav Queen song is Under Pressure and I did baton when I was young, what a great choice!
Comment: Hello Vicki,
Thank you for your recipe book filled with some very tasty sounding desserts. I love how you put little words of wisdom with each dessert which took the calories away. Those just were great. The other added bonus I liked were the recipe cards so readers could copy a recipe(s) they want to add to their recipe collection. You really thought of your future readers. I hope you get some great dessert recipes and others as well. Happy Reciipe Collecting!!!!
Comment: you are so sweet to send one of my fave obsessions...BOOKS! I never even knew that Madonna wrote kids books! This one looks lovely! And I had to figure out the connection you spoke of about the other book, so I "cheated" and read the inside flap info...and saw that the author is from Washington! Looks like a great book too! Thank you SO much for your thoughtfulness! Happy swapping & thrifting! :)
Response: Yes it gave me goosebumps because I had been to many of the places it wrote of let me know what you think of it after you read it the ending will suprise you
Comment: I loved looking at all the links. I had an amazing time in Ireland a couple of years ago. We rented a car and just found a hotel wherever we ended up when we were tired of exploring. It was amazing!

PS: Only a GOOD ONE!!!
FYI, it only took 17 days to arrive.
Response: Awww shucks I thought it was the very least I could do I know what its like to be away from home and you know what they say "there's no place like home" wink wink
Comment: We definitely have some things in common -- I have read The Case of Benj. Button, Five People You Meet in Heaven, and The Celestine Prophecy, and I have Sam's Letters to Jennifer on my "read soon" list! Didn't know about the Danielle Steele one (I am not a romance reader) but this one sounds interesting too! And we have another thing in common, too -- "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" are my principal words to live by! Happy swapping!
Comment: Great songs and very cool that you have a special song for all your children. I hate that the Eagles don't have all their videos on youtube. Just so you know, I didn't get bored with your song. =-) Thanks for sharing!
Comment: Thanks so much for the fun package! I have never seen those chocolates in hazelnut before so I was thrilled to get them (as was my husband who is a huge hazelnut fan!). The mint ones got a little beat up and I was forced to lick the wrapper but thats not a bad thing, right? : ) I also loved the pens and the cute note card. Thanks so much!
Comment: Thanks again for the resend. I love Jimmy Buffett's music, but haven't had a chance to read any of his writing yet. From the sounds of it, this is one that I should take a look at. I can't wait to add it to my list!
