Comment: I'm sorry but I have to leave a 1 for now. I have sent several messages and you said you sent the first time and then you said you would send a second one and on the 5th of July you said you would send again a week later, but still nothing received. I will change this rating as soon as I receive the bookmark. I'm sorry to hear that you think my messages were rude. I have reread them and I can't find anything rude in them. In fact I think they were very polite. I have been more than patient with you, the deadline was April 28 and I have sent several messages. It hardly ever happens that mail to me gets lost. Sorry that it happened to your mail to me 3 times!
Response: I sent it both times and even have the receipts to prove it and not to be rude but everytime you have emailed me you have been rude and Im broker than broke yet I still sent it out not once but twice, I have no idea why it is you dont get them, but whatever Im done with this whole site apparently your lil swaps are more important than my children eating, it was sent not once but twice...I held up my end something has to have happened on your end...

Response: Yours was sent out the same time as the other one that I was rated a 5 with a heart. I had no idea you haven't received it. Would have been happy to work with you search for it I'm sure the post office could trace it or I could remake it or what not. But I never even knew you never emailed me about it I thought you got it. If you'd like to discuss this and work something out by all means email me...
