Comment: I am sorry to rate this a 1. The first package never reached me. I contacted you and you said you would resend. But the resend never reached me either. But you insisted that you had mailed it and wanted to fulfill the swap. I considered not rating because you have been such a good swapper and I really believed you mailed both packages, but now I see you received another 1 rating, so I feel it is only right (for Swap-Bot) to rate the 1. If I do ever receive your package I will rerate.

Your last login was Sep 28, 2019 and almost 3 months after your PM I still haven't received anything. Disappointing again. ORIGINAL RATING FROM JUNE 11, 2016: I'm sorry to rate you a 1, but I still haven't received anything from you. On Apr 11 you promised me to make an April journal as the first one seems to be lost in the mail. You wanted to send in the beginning of May. I wrote you a message on June 3 which is still unread. Mail from the Netherlands to Germany is normally less than 1 week so the re-send should have arrived already. I will re-rate when I receive the original swap or the re-send.
