Response: I wish you had let me know this wasn't received before rating. I did send late due to a spinal injury and hospitalization. I let the swap cordination and my swap partners know via message. I sent a message to you on 5/20 which is marked as read. Just in case the ATC got mixed up with other mail, it was a mermaid in a circle with a blue background on illustration board. I would be happy to resend if it never arrived.
