Comment: I'm rating a 3 because the requirements of the swap, though they were very plain, were not followed at all. Had I wanted less than a full sentence answer, that it what I would have required however I asked for details and to write as much as possible when answering the questions. Her swap was not acceptable. I did send her a message and nicely told her that the requirements were not followed and gave her the opportunity to re-do the swap but she did not reply to the message or send again so it's a 3. PLEASE NOTE: This swap was weeks before she went into labor and if she wasn't up to doing the swap properly at the time, she could have messaged me and we could have worked something out.
