Your letter indicated that you had a problem with your hand so needed to type---but there was no communication ahead of time to let me know that and see if it was ok to stay in the swap. The purpose of the handwritten letter is so that each letter is personal and one is not just typing one letter and sending it out to five people. After conferring with the other swappers you sent to, we found that is exactly what you did. Our letters are exactly the same. You will not be welcomed back to this swap in the future.
