Comment: Thank you for such a nice ATC! The embellishments were really pretty. I wish I could add a heart to this rating. The swap name on the back of the ATC was marked as "Sticker Slap ATC Valentine" so I'm not sure if it was meant for another swap but it definitely met the criteria for being sparkly, shiny, and Valentine-themed. I am only rating a 3 because it was sent noticeably late with no prior communication. The swap description included "Start now,short turn around time." The swap send-by date was February 10, but it was marked sent on February 16. Tracking showed it in the hands of USPS on February 21. Metered postage also showed February 21. If you bought it late enough on February 18, Saturday, the label and postage could show February 21 (due to the holiday on February 20, Monday) but it would still be late. Edit: thank you for the second ATC you sent, although it wasn't necessary. I love it. Hope you are feeling better.
