Comment: After considering how I should rate this swap, I feel that I should rate a 3 at this time. I would not have had a problem if you would have notified me prior to sending this swap. I also would not have had a problem had you notified me when you realized that these were not actually sent on the day that you marked sent. Also, you left this swap marked sent even after you realized it was not actually sent. I do apologize that I had to rate this swap accordingly.
