Comment: Will change the rating when I receive the ATC....... Rec'd the ATC today....I'm moving the rating up to a 3 (didn't meet posted swap requirements)....The ATC is lovely...thanks! (03/27)....again...the ATC is lovely....the swap deadline was not met, it was more than 5 weeks late...should have rec'd by 02/18....didn't receive until 03/25.
Response: am gonna send out #3 with a confirmation, and pray it makes it to you! I was wondering how my ATC didn't meet the requirements? As it did have pieces of real book pages and heart shaped for Valentine theme..and size was correct? (3/27) I am sorry the first 2 never reached you, I do hope you know I did mail them.
