Comment: Thank you for the pretty ATC! Unfortunately it was late with no communication: deadline was Jan 14th (Tue), you marked sent Jan 19th (Sun) and it's postmarked Jan 21st (Tue) with customs form. After you clicked sent I contacted you to tell you I will be rating a 3 for lateness without communication, and you said you had sent me an e-mail about it. I did not receive that e-mail and it was not in my junk mail either. When I asked you to please forward the original e-mail you had sent me, you read my PM but did not reply. In the future it might be better to use PMs rather than e-mail to inform your partner, because e-mails can get lost. I can still change this rating if you could just send me the proof that you really contacted me before deadline. Without that e-mail I cannot rate other than 3 and I'm sorry for it.
