if you are referring to the upload in your profile that is for your avatar (sp?) they have to be a certain size....

if your trying to upload other pictures as to put on your profile itself the upload won't work what you have to to is upload them to a site like photobucket or flickr and get an URL for the photo and then you do this but without the # and no spaces where the # are:

!#[name of image]#(url of image)

so this:

!#[welcome]#(http://artfiles.art.com/images/-/T-Chiu/Welcome-Friends-Print-C10079679.jpeg)

without # or spaces will give you

I think almost nobody ever uses the gallery slideshow feature anymore. :(

I wish they did, because that was one of the things I loved about SB when I first joined! Getting to see everyone's work. :)

i used the gallery on a couple swaps i did, and since the move those gallery pics aren't showing up.... and yea, i really wish more people used the gallery too! flick'rs nice, but it isn't necessarily connected with the swap....

Oh, really? I didn't know the older ones no longer showed up... I used to always use the gallery slideshow when I first started here. I think it is neat! :)

Old gallery images should now show up and you should be able to upload, too. Travis worked on that over the weekend. Let us know if you are still having trouble.

I uploaded pics to the gallery of the shrinky dink charms swap and they are not showing up. Any ideas what I did wrong?
