I think it can take up to a week to sometimes get a reply from admin as they are so busy. Cant help you other than that, i had a quick look in the FAQ - sit tight i'm sure somoeone else can help a little more.

I don't see any 1's so how did you get partially suspended? Are you or were you underage? Having multiple profiles can also get you partially suspended.I'm a bit confused as to why this happened as well.

I'm confused about the partial suspension too, since there aren't any 1 ratings. Did you delete your address when you deleted your profile? Maybe partial suspension is automatic when there isn't a valid address listed? Have you added your address back into the system?

Or did you request a partial suspension of the account from admin? If so, I would think going through them would be the only way to get reinstated. Good luck to you! :-)

What's confusing about this situation is why it's taking so long to clear this up. She came back and requested it 10 days ago. I want her back swapping-she does high quality work and is very reliable.

As I just said in another thread, the admins run this site in their spare time, and they have careers and families and other calls on their time. They also get a lot of messages, so it isn't surprising that they sometimes take a while to respond.

I'm not "surprised" either, I tried to attempt to take care of it as soon as I realized I needed to "do" "something". I do understand that "things happen", etc. It would be nice to see it adressed in FAQ's (?), but some things, ya just can't know ahead of time, are going to be asked about... I've done all I can do, I understand things don't get done "overnight", and that's all I can do. Thanks-

The suspension is due to deleting the address info... since admin anounced that address info could be deleted, many people have done so. I would assume that once the address info is reinstated, the suspension will be removed.

Adding the address info doesn't cancel the suspension. I wanted to delete my profile, then had a change of heart, and decided to stay. But, the damage was done. I was partially suspended too. I added the address info the very next day...and about 2 weeks later I'm still here partially suspended.

I feel obliged to post, because it's the "right" thing to do, that "Admin." has kindly lifted my "partial" suspension, as I asked. I think "life" happens to all of us, from time to time....

I too have been un-suspended. I think there's a lot going on here for the small number of admins. (is there only 1?) I think it would be a good idea to maybe dole out some responsibility to the rest of us. Not necessarilly the noob's, but those that have been around longer and maybe have some time in the evenings to answer emails, deal with inappropriate content and such. I dunno, it's just an idea and it would help things out to have issues dealt with in a more timely fashion and take some pressure off of Admin.
