Sorry my swaps are all late. You see, I'm 22 weeks overdue with quintuplets and the toddlers that are living in my stomach cry and fight everytime I roll over on my side. I can't make the babies behave so I stay on my back. I did make your dotee doll though I swear! I made her out of my pillow case and pillow stuffing. She's really cute, I wish you could see her! I'll get them mailed as soon as I give birth... IF I ever give birth... ohhhhhhhh I think my water broke! You should get your swap very soon!

My swaps are late because I sent them to the post office with my husband who was stopped by a slezzy salesperson outside the post office doors. When the salesperson saw all the cute little packages and my husband told him that they contained little dolls or something and these felt things that hold needles and who knows what else, the guy offered to take them off his hands, which would save him lots of postage and that he would give him these really cool beans in trade. Well, my husband thought that between not having to pay for the postage and the fact that the beans were promised to be magical that he had made a good deal.

Needless to say I didn't agree. Well, that is until I saw the huge beanstalk that grew up into the sky from our backyard and I climbed up there. Really, huge, handsome guy up there!!! Lives in a big castle. I had some fun, but now I'm back and just figured out how many swaps I have to re-do. I wanted to make my husband help with the crafting so I can get this hand sewn things done faster, but alas! He can't sew a stitch and his idea of putting a face on the dotee was to use the black grease pen he uses for marking borads??? Beats me, but it doesn't sound good - so I'm very very very sorry, but I'm getting them done as fast as I can. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!!!

my swaps will be late...my husband thought they were his lunch as I packed them all lovingly in brown paper bags. Since he is a deep sea diver on a three month job site, well...it will be a while. And just so you know they will be wet and smelly from the fish and sea weed they study. But I just know you will love the stationary I made!

I'm late sending because JUST as I sat down to make your swap, I realised I was just TOO ashamed to let YOU get a swap from a house with lime green bathroom tiles, so I had to totally redo my bathroom, but then it didn't match the kitchen. At first I thought I'd just make and send your swap THEN do the kitchen, but honestly I'm too ashamed to let you get Hot Pink kitchen vibe from my swap, so I'm redoing the entire kitchen before I make your swap because that's really the considerate thing to do. It might take a while since I'm only a head in a jar and rely on neighbours and friends to hold my jar up to the wall while I brush with a paintbrush strapped to my lid, but I'm SURE you'll LOVE the thing I'm making for you.. soon as I remember if it's a dotee or an ATC or... what am I making you again?

I finished the swap in good time but then rechecked your profile and realised that, as I was a heavy smoker with fifteen cats, two iguanas and lived with four other heavy smokers I thought you might object if there was a faint smell of tobacco. Also although I got that very friendly woman at the local Chinese Takeaway to glue on the last bead, I realised it didnt quite fulfill your desire to only receive Kawaii from Indian maidens manufactured exclusively in Venezuala. It also didnt quite meet your vegetarian principles - I did keep it in its box on the kitchen table for a week to check it was definitely dead though. I will try and prise off all the beads and redo again but the woman previously mentioned is away on holiday until Tuesday so will have to post on Wednesday except that is the Aboriginal Sundance Day so the post office might be shut. Sorry

My Swaps are on their way as we speak, "oops" the mail man took a smoke break "POOF" the packages are gone up in smoke and so is the mail man, darn I really should have and wanted to make another set of those.

Oh do you mind my ATC will be late.MY hubby was late to work so he forgot to mail them.Im on bed rest and cant go mail them.Im trying to get pregnant.The first batch my boyfriend's cat got sick on them,I see you like yellow and green on your profile,so they should match your tastes.When it dries just brush it off. I know I marked sent last week,I was on my way to mail them,that was before I was on bed rest,but my car broke down,no wait I ran out of gas.Our mailman stopped and gave me a ride but I forgot to put stamps on them,so Im not sure if you will get them.Anyway since I went to all this trouble will you rate me with a 5 and give me a heart.I really have a rough go of things. Oh while, Im here I need to post this . I wont be able to rate you till next month Im going to move while Im on vacation.So I hope I get my swaps delivered to me.I will have to rate down if I dont get them on time. So I hope to get all swaps sent out after all this mess is sorted out with my boyfriend,husband,and moving and bed rest,please be sure and give me those hearts.

I just wanted to let you know that your dotee doll will be a wee bit late. I've already made her and she came out SO cute....she's a little unusual as I only had recycled packaging to work with, but she's green anyway....and wait 'till you see what I did with the bubble wrap and plastic packing peanuts....you're going to absolutely fall in love with her. You see, she's in the trunk of my old beater car....my no good husband parked in a tow away zone while he was going for his chemo....I can't get the car out of impound until after SSI check comes later this month....and then I won't be able to afford the postage for another month what with the impound fee and all....so you should be getting it in oh say 3-4, maybe 5 months....but I promise, shes worth the wait :)
