If you are referring to the rating from @SaraLouise1981 she is only partially suspended, so you cannot remove her rating, but if you wrote a rating response explaining what happened, it would help hosts decide how much significance to place on it. The same would apply to your other two 1s.

one of them should receive resend by registered post by every day I supposed, the next one is someone we are who gives 1 like on the machine and I have heard people being rated by her and they had proving of their sending.All people were rated within 2 days which was strange, and her comments from profile had dissapeared. We are in contact with some of them and resolving it. I wrote to Sara after being rated message, I try maybe email :)

See, you have good explanations, but your possible hosts and partners don't know any of that as you have not written ratings responses for your 1s. Give them that information!
