Hello swappers,
Most of you know that Swap-bot is run by me (Rachel) and my husband (Travis). Travis writes most of the code and I do just about everything else. We also both work other full-time jobs and I have been feeling overwhelmed the last few months with my inability to keep up with my Swap-bot duties. I am behind on answering support emails and personal messages and I am sorry. BUT, the good news is that it is all going to change for the better very soon! Starting October 6th I will begin my job as a full-time Swap-bot Admin! too cool! I am excited. It means I will be able to answer questions and complete requests much more quickly. I also hope to post more fun and meaningful content to the blog, and start editing/correcting the many info pages and site format problems. Plus, I will get to do more swaps and have more fun in my groups! Yes!
Anyway, there is still one more hectic week until I am fully at your service. If you need help or info before then, remember to check out the About page and Frequently Asked Questions. For additional info and to hear what my silly voice sounds like, check out the interview I just did with TerriO. There is also some fun Swap-bot stuff and web badges/graphics on the Stuff page.
I am having a lot of fun with Swap-bot and I am glad you are all here. I like having a place where I can be creative just for fun and meet great people from all over the world. Thank you!
