I just put name and address, something about the picture on the front (was it painted, do you know that area?) and see if you have something in common with who you are sending it to |

If I send out local cards I usually talk about what is on the front and what I like about it,if its art I just say random stuff about whats going on right now...lol! I just like knowing the person took a little bit of effort to write a few lines to me. |

I've gotten postcards with a quote that the sender especially likes and I think that's cool. Also, as RachelB mentions, if you look at the recipient's profile you can find something to comment on, maybe something you two have in common. A wish for a good week, etc. is always welcome. I often give a heart for someone who took some time to write something special to me on a postcard - but of course that's not a requirement. Drawing a small picture would be cool - a sticker or two is fun, also. Even finding an odd word in the dictionary and giving its definition could be interesting! |

I try to match my postcards to their profile somehow, either commenting on their music taste, or something about their job or pointing out things we have in common/differences we have :) Someone I was assigned today as a partner said that they like lists of 10 things that people like, so I did that. My sister got a postcard from postcrossing once with a massive freaky looking maths formula on it and the words "This will be on the test" I still find it really amusing :) |

I’m doing a post card swap where you have to send the postcard naked. I don't know what to write on the back, what kind of thing do you write or like to get on the back of a naked post card.
