I was thinking about "creating a private swap" ... you know a formal swap where everyone can get credit and/or hearts, everyone sends a deco, etc.

This way may be the way to go though! I hope it works!

Yes, YooperHill we each would start a deco, then send it on to everyone else on the list. I was thinking of starting with a small number of people, as in previous deco swaps elsewhere it seems that way you are more likely to get yours back, which is really nice since overall a lot of work goes into them.

If I do, I won't be starting until after Xmas or the 1st. I know most people are busy this time of year.

Can anyone tell me what a deco is? I tried googling it, and all I get is results about Art Deco, or things that don't seem related.

You can do whatever you want on the pages. Just follow the theme. I guess they're sort of like tip ins, only smaller.
