I wildo this but I will ONLY ship to people wit feedback. i do not want a bad swapper to get in here and pretty much STEAL stuff. That's not fair to only send to people with feedback. I am brand new to Swap-bot, but am active on Yahoo! groups, and have excellent Ebay references. I am in the middle of my first Swap-bot swaps.. but have never had any "no sends" on any group. I understand negative feedback, but for those of us who don't have any yet.. it's just sad to discriminate. |

I'll tag the envie of bath products, because I'm a dirty girl! ;-) I offer: Magic Slate, brand new. This is somewhat difficult for a non-artistic type like me to describe. Basically, it's kind of like an Etch-a-Sketch, only no etching. It's a slate, very beautiful, almost Oriental-looking, and comes with a brush. The "artist" can use a wet brush to make artist renderings with, and then somehow erase it and begin all over again. Afternoon with a book: this would include Lucky Girl (excellent read, focuses on a woman's relationship with her father, the effects of losing her mother at a young age, and the woman's relationship with two young girls who move in next door to her), a bookmark, and some sort of surprise based on your profile (like tea you might like, or something similar). Sure, receiving little envies and homemade note cards is fun. But how about mixing it up a little and swapping some bigger items? More substantial. Items of substance and moderate value.
Like regular swap tag, four items will be offered. Once an item is "tagged," the tagger will offer four more items. To keep the game rolling, please refresh your offers after 16 hours if not taken.
My initial post will be an example of the types of things to offer. An example of things not to offer include: tea bags, hard candies, small in quantity items like postcards, little envelopes, handmade note cards. However, you can offer a brand new tin of tea, or a bubble envelope full of new candies, still in package. Get it? Let's start swapping.
For this first post, I offer:
A vintage box of 12 appetizer forks (spears) with wooden handles.
Brand new box of note cards you can embellish. Includes 10 note cards; 10 lined, decorated envelopes; 10 glitter add-ons; 10 foam adhesives; 10 stick-on salutations.
Stationary desk set. Includes 80 sheets of decorated sheets contained in a cute, girly stand, and pencil.
Kitty package. Includes new dishes and toys.
After making your offer, PM the person you tagged with your addy, and add "see first post for instructions" at the end of your offer.
