Description:

I love getting recipes in the mail. I love getting recipes that have gone naked through the mail. I love just popping my new recipe card directly into my recipe box.

The Haps

Using either a standard, storebought recipe card or an index card of the correct size (4x6), stamp and address it like a normal postcard.

Write your recipe. You can use both sides. If you have room you can share a little something about it.

Drop it in the mail, naked.

The summer is quickly turning into fall, but there are still many warm days left to enjoy picnic or a camping trip in the great outdoors. For this swap you will send your partner 1 Dutch Oven recipe that you have personally tried and can vouch for its deliciousness and practicality. This needs to be a recipe that is simple and direct enough to actually cook at a campsite, far from electrical appliances and civilization. Remember to note the number of briquettes for the top and bottom of the oven.

Need some inspiration? Check out Scoutorama.

If you have dietary restrictions, be prepared to make your own substitutions. This is sender's choice.

I will angel any flakesters. This is international.
