Put a first class stamp on an envelope, add 5 kawaii "postage" stamps, and then decorate the heck out of it. Make it the cutest envelope in the mail (besides mine) that day!

Do put a flat surprise in the envelope for your partner, too. ;-)

So, are the kawaii stamps just fake stamps added on?

Exactly. The envelope will need on 1st class stamp, and then you add 5, cute, non-postage stamps. The rest of the envelope should be decorated, too, and a flat surprise inside. =D

There's plenty of Mind Wave faux postage, and I have some Kamino as well, so, they're out there. =D
