Description:

Create a handmade slash-friendly holiday card for your partner and include a slash-related flat holiday surprise inside.

If you have a holiday preference, please post that for your partner below. I'm soooooo sorry this is late, those of you who celebrate holidays that take place before the send date! (Hanukkah has totally snuck up on me early this year! Sorry about that; a Hannukkah card would be either late or super early for next year.)

Your holiday card can be anything from characters you slash snuggling in front of a fire to celebrating a holiday in their own unique way. It could be the word "slash" decorated in a holiday sort of way. Whatever comes to mind when you think of slash and the holidays, this time of year! It's sender's choice, as it's a card from YOU, but you're welcome to ask your partner for pairings if you want to make sure it'll make his/her day.

A flat slash-related holiday surprise could be: a few gift tags, a fanfic drabble, a list of holiday recs, a holiday-related fanmix, fanart, a flat ornament, fandomy decals/stickers, address labels, bookmark, etc.

If there's any nudity or questionable content on the card, be sure to message your partner about it and put a red dot on the back of the envelope so your partner knows not to open it in front of family & friends who might not be as big slash fans as we are :-)

Group rules apply and must have at least 7 type 3 swaps, because this has a craft component. Happy holidays!

I celebrate (secular) Christmas and Yule/Winter Solstice (and I'm a big fan of winter in general).

I celebrate Christmas as a very much non-practicing Catholic. I hate the commercialism of the holiday. I like to see it as a time to hang with family & friends - not a time to gorge greedily on presents! With that being said, (as an artist) I believe in giving and receiving handmade thoughtful gifts. (My holiday manifesto)

I would love a fan-tastic ornament to hang on my (small) tree. :)
