Description:

I love toys. I just do. I'm a kid at heart, so I love all of those little toys that are out there these days (from present, to yesteryear). Little people, Barbie accessories, Trolls, Legos, Doll furniture, Polly Pocket, dinosaur figures, Happy Meal toys, toys that came from those quarter machines...everything! I especially liked it if they were small! This is a swap for those of us who are kids at heart. For this swap, you will send a medium box of little toys to your partner. I'm hoping I can get a bunch of fun stuff to put at my desk at work because I do what I can to be as unprofessional as possible...haha.

Rules:
1. Items should be smallish. Small enough to get about 10-15 things in the box. I don't want to get caught up in how many things you need to throw in there, but the box must be full!
2. Your box should be about the size of a tennis shoe box or a medium flat rate box from the post office. This is just a general size requirement, you can send it whatever service is the most economical.
3. Toy items can be new or used. By used I mean 'gently' used and not icky or chewed on. Kids chew on stuff. Ask me how I know this.
4. Sender's choice, but look at your partner's profile to see if you can fulfill any of their wishes!
5. I encourage reuse, so if you have things lying around the house that would fit into this swap, include them!
6. Include a little note about what your favorite toy was growing up.
7. Include your favorite chocolate bar (new in package). Check profiles for any allergies!

I'm hoping this will be fun! Keeping the requirements high due to the potential cost involved. Everyone must have a well filled out profile and a 5.0 rating. I'll check before assigning partners and drop any questionable folks.

I think we're a dying breed, haha! LOVE me some toys ;) Glad to know there's others that feel the same!

I love that you have set the requirements so high! This will be expensive to mail so it's good that you are watching out for everyone! Since you are new I wanted to remind you that you have to manually check your participants (right before assigning partners) to make sure they are all in the USA. Swapbot does not have the capability to do this and occasionally someone international doesn't read everything because they are so excited about the swap. Good luck with your swap, it sound like fun! =)

Yes, shipping for this will be a little more expensive than the normal swaps I've seen. Keep that in mind when you sign up. My guess would be somewhere around $8 and $16, depending on how you send it. The medium flat rate boxes from the post office can be shipped anywhere domestically for $12.35 regardless of weight. I'll be checking profiles and locations prior to assigning swappers, no worries.
