Blog Hop - April Round-up!

This swap is designed to get our blogs a bit of exposure among like-minded people!

After the send-by date, you'll need to send an email to your swap partners with a link to your favourite post from April 2015. You might like to add a little message about the post's inspiration or its conceptualisation or something similar, too. You'll receive emails from your swap partners with the same. Go to their nominated post, and comment on it after reading. If you like the blogger's style, maybe follow them so you can keep reading as they post.
