PBP October Name That Era…

For this swap you get ONE partner

ONE 5”X7” PAGE that makes you think: Name That Era (Decade) Pick a Decade & make a Page about that time period.

““Change occurs slowly. Very often a legal change might take place but the cultural shift required to really accept its spirit lingers in the wings for decades.” ― Sara Sheridan

“When you have nothing to show up for having lived for many decades, you are likely to borrow other people’s credibility which won’t fit! Live like you!” ― Israelmore Ayivor, Daily Drive 365

This should be an art journal page that can be added to an existing journal. Mail in a sturdy package.
Your name, email, should be on the back, signed on the front

A list of material used on the back is also nice.

The usual stuff:

Should go without saying, but will say anyway....

  • FLAKING IS NOT TOLERATED*. If you should have any problems contact your partner. If you’re flaked on rate them a 1 & contact me.

Have fun!

Please think about posting your photos on the Page by Page Flickr Group account so we can all see these beautiful pages. I love to see how others create! Swapbot Flickr Page Use any medium(see above) you wish but no nudity or sleaze please. Create an art journal page that can be added to an existing journal. Remember this is for someone’s art journal.

You will have 1 partner. You will only need to complete one side as many people glue them onto another page. Sign the front as you would any piece of artwork you are proud of. Make a small tag with your information on it to be included with the page (can be attached or separate).

To add to an altered book: When you receive a tip-in page, you open your book and cut 2 pages out of it about ½ to ¾ inches from the gutter. Then you glue the inside of each page, slide your tip-in page into the space that has the glue and sandwich it in between. Now you have a new page to your altered book! These are a great way to share end enjoy another's work without the risk of sending your whole book through the mail as you would do in a round robin." This is a one for one swap. Make sure your painting / drawing is packaged durable and can hold up to being mailed
