52 Recipes in a Year Challenge / Swap

Before anything, minimum ratings are strict, so scroll down if you're curious.

On to the fun stuff. For this swap, the challenge is to try 52 (new) recipes in one year. You can choose any recipe you like. Bake, cook, stew, it's all good BUT we're going to share the recipes, so they must meet these requirements:

• they must be written in English

• they must be sent with a clipped, printed, or self-taken picture of the dish

• they can't contain any pre-mades such as 'Dr. Oetker Cupcakes Mix' or 'Philadelphia cookie dough'. Work with the basics: flour, fruit, meat, fish, herbs, spices, etc. as much as possible.

• each recipe must come with a note saying why you would or wouldn't recommend it.

We all get four partners: one for Jan - Mar, Apr - Jun, Jul - Sep, and Oct - Dec. You can make the recipes seasonal, if you like.

We don't send our recipes until December 31. (Well, you can, if you're ahead.) So this is a year long commitment, so you have to be sure you're up for the challenge. But it will be fun if you are :)

This swap takes commitment so I'm selecting swappers carefully. Minimum rating requirement is a 4.98, but only without any recent 3s or 1s. Swappers who compensated a bad rating with lots of Type 1 swaps will be banned from the list. All swappers must have been active for at least a year.
