Torn Paper ATC We are making one ATC for one partner in this swap. Use your scraps to cover the sturdy ATC back and you can also add other paper items to it, but it has to have at least one obviously torn paper fragment attached to it. All elements on this ATC does NOT have to be torn, just one piece! You choose the theme. It can be just paper fragments (collage), it can be a torn paper tree, a doll, a shark, your choice, but you MUST check your partner's dislikes and comply.
