Description:

Whether its your grimoire, cook book, or even just a really good novel, we all have a need of a placeholder from time to time.

For this swap, you will be creating 1 bookmark for 1 partner.

You can use any medium, any material, paper, metal, fabric, drawing, painting, paper crafting, sewing, collaging, crocheting, leaf pressing, just as long as the bookmark is made by you and is pagan in nature.

Maybe some wonderful pressed leaves from your favorite tree, cut and glue to a lovely piece of cardstock with a crafty spell, a sketch of a goddess, a painting of a familiar, this swap is senders choice so let your witchy imagination run wild.

You can google "pagan bookmarks" for inspiration if you are unsure what to do.

Make sure to put some thought into it, make something that you would love to receive yourself. Include a note as to why you chose the medium you did and what inspired you to create the bookmark you did.

Please do not just purchase a cheap generic bookmark from the store or print a single image to glue onto a bookmark, make something of your own, that you are proud of.

Since this is senders choice you can begin working on your bookmark right away before partners are assigned. Just an FYI for anyone who joins this swap: since our "partners have been assigned" notifications are still down, I will be emailing everyone once partners are assigned. I will use the one provided in the list here, but no worries about multiple emails or anything like that. I will use BCC and it will be the only time I email you. If this gets fixed before partners are assigned, I will not be sending an email.

I wasn't sure if I should mark this as a type 2 or type 3 swap, so for now, it's a type 2. If anyone thinks it should be a 3, please let me know.

And a HUGE thank you to @urocyonfox to helping with the swap description. As I told her, sometimes my brain doesn't work when it comes to these things, so I needed the help!!!

I would say this can be a type 3 if they are making a bookmark, if they are buying one maybe a type 2.

If you are simply going to go out and buy a bookmark and mail it to your partner, this would be a Type 2.
If you are going to put some time and effort into making a bookmark, it would be a Type 3.

^^ thats what I meant!! Thanks for the clarification <3

By the way..... an FYI .... The American Bookmark Association decreed a bookmark is not to exceed 2.78 inches wide by 6.47 inches long. (In case you were wondering what size to make it.) I'm pretty sure none of us here are "bookmarkophiles", though. LOL!
