Description:
Create 3 "Whimsical Houses" ATCs and send one to each partner. DIRECTIONS: You must use newspaper, black ink pen (not a ballpoint pen) and acrylic or watercolor paint in your creation. Failure to do so will result in a rating of 3. Do your best work so that your time, energy and effort are obvious to your partner. Send and rate on time. No newbies, unresolved 1's or 3's or otherwise risky swappers. I will check profiles and angel if necessary.
