Can you artfully ADD glitter to an existing postcard?

Or can it be a handmade postcard? I have some postcard-sized cardstock that has glittery patterns printed on them.

I love the idea of the swap. But I'm looking for some options when a glittery postcard can't be found in a store here. :)

This one should be store bought. Some people may have a bunch in their piles of postcards and only want to trade for one the same. There will be another that you can improvise.
